The room was nice and clean. Temperature control was good. It was comfortable and private. Thw staff was great. They were so avcommedating and did whatever they could to ensure a good stay.

Breakfast could be better. There were fragrance discs in the heating unit that i didnt care for. The channel guide on tbe tv didnt match tbe channels, amd the tv needed adjustment.

great check in really helped us to get a super room close to where we did our parking accommodations excellent in reference to where to eat around the area and knowledge about the area was excellent happy to give us tell us if we needed them towels for the pool answered all of her questions just a wonderful overall experience it’s an older hotel but a beautiful clean hotel with huge rooms the rooms are really large and that was a super bonus and we stayed right by the pool and the pool is beautiful clean the property is a great stay Right on and off the freeway easy to get in and out lots of great Restaurants within walking distance Home Depot Walmart and Sam’s Club is across the street as well as Starbucks you can’t go wrong here and the breakfast is outstanding very happy to have stayed here in Aurora at this hotel great choice

The room fridge is very convenient. The wifi is strong and reliable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There could be more bright lights in the room AND more outlets! The 2 water dials in the shower are very hard to adjust for proper temperature. The breakfast buffet needs bread / toast.

This was an emergency stopover. Prices were inflated due to all kinds of trouble with smoke, United Airlines issues, etc. But the room was nice, bed a joy, and a Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant right on the corner for a tired traveler ti get Bohemia and an enchilada.

Some noise outside fir a while.

Easy access and great layout! Front desk employees were helpful and engaging. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Felt safe and secure.

Both bed comforters had cigarette burns in them, and bathroom calking was not not layed down properly and smoothed out to prevent moisture from going between the tiles and tub. Lamp shades could be replaced, but these are small issues for maintenance.

Aciel at the front desk during night was very helpful went beyond and above to accommodate me him and his manager are amazing very good service

Breakfast could have been better room could have been cleaner and the TV Channels suck to be honest .

The spacious room, comfort bed and hot breakfast were the very things I had hope for during my stay at Quality Inn Hotel.

I didn't like the idea of drifters coming and out.

Staff was super friendly and easy to work with and the location is convenient and the size of the rooms r great, plenty of space....

I didn't like the fact that when I booked the room it said nothing about a $100 security deposit and luckily enough I was with a friend who put up the $100 for me cuz if I wouldn't have been with that friend I would have been completely screwed having already paid for my room in full online..... They need to add that detail to the important information section online so no one else has to deal with that surprise...

Comfy bed, comfy pillows, clean bathroom, good A/C, friendly staff

I thought the price was a little high since the property was in the process of updating/renovating, but overall it was a pleasant stay. And I'm happy they are putting out the effort to improve it.

It was clean,had vending,tv worked well but remote did not! The lights all had bulbs and worked,the fridge n microwave was nice and clean bathroom was clean,the staff was great to deal with,the laundry is ok,the keys WK good------

I had a room that needs work but over all it was nice,my location was not the greatest,the room door was by a flight if steps!! The plumbing needs a bit if help
