We had a late check in about 11 pm kinda late the staff the helped us was very friendly and polite answered all our question. If fack the whole staff was great our entire stay couldnt say enough about them they were great. If we had an issuse they addressed it immediately. The room were clean and was very peaceful we had stayed several places in past 3 weeks this was definitely the best out of the four hotels we stayed in. Will well certainly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

There's a peaceful environment staff was very friendly who answered our questions. they're more than helpful about everything our whole stay and I couldn't ask for a better place.

I liked the kitchenette which was an unexpected bonus I didn't realize was available when I was booking the room. The room was a nice, cozy size and the heating unit kept the room at a very steady, comfortable temperature despite an especially cold snap.

The bed was a little harder than I'm used to.

Even though there was an issue with the booking Jaques ( new girl) was patient and positive the whole time... loved the experience

Slipped on the ice...looked around web in the ground to trash.... was cleaned up the next day.. snowed ago no difference... nothing in soda machines... looked under my bed trashed... no hot water.. work in progress

Secluded , clean and comfortable .

Noise from people upstairs that stayed in the room above me and of course people coming and going at all hours of the night . Some of it was normal noise and acceptable . Other noise was inconsiderate people .

Accommodation for a floor room .. I did ask for it at my time of reservation.but at arrival tried giving me an upstairs room.. I explained about needing a bottom room due to arthritis in my knees and was given a down stairs room ..with no hesitation..

When I reserved my room I put that I needed a down stair room and at check in they tried giving me an up stair accommodation..

Friendly staff

We were locked out but weren’t checking out until the next day. We were visiting family and got back late and couldn’t get in. However, it took only 5 minutes for staff to respond and let us in.

Everything!! I get paid daily and the staff always wait till I get off work to pay my room which is helpful and stress free from for me. Everyone who works at the front desk is perfect!! Thank y'all again

I absolutely adore the staff... They are one of they most exceptional, outgoing and thoughtful staff at a hotel I've ever stayed at!! Thank you Teresa! Best manager! She was patient courteous and kind throughout my stay! Great location! Clean rooms!!

The room was pretty clean, however there were some small number of crumbs in the drawers. But their service was excellent, and check-in did not take long at all.

I just wiped the crumbs out myself.

It is an older, outside entry facility. But as with a newer interior design, beds and room are the same.

No coffee,etc service. Staff hours cutback.
