Location was absolutely amazing. It’s right off the interstate with pretty much everything you need! Fast food joints, a strip mall with tons of stores and food, gas stations, there is a Waffle House and a Jack in the box not even a block away. Very clean rooms, nice size, I like that the sink/vanity was outside of where the toilet and shower is. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when I asked for a room closer to my sister in law on the second floor. It’s an updated, clean and great for the price place to stay. We spent 4 days there and it was a nice place to wind down for the night.

Not having an elevator was a little annoying especially since we had a lot of stuff with us but luckily there’s only 2 floors so it wasn’t terrible. Breakfast was pretty garbage. There was yogurt and cold breakfast sandwiches that you had to heat up. There was a waffle maker but you have to make the waffles yourself which was weird. They have a cereal bar with no milk. The only good thing about the breakfast bar was the Apple juice. I filled up a whole giant water bottle with it because it was so good lol. But honestly you’re better off walking directly behind the hotel to the Waffle House for breakfast.

It was the perfect location for multiple places we needed to go to for a wedding's event. The staff was very accommodating when there was a problem with our room. Fast, efficient, and pleasant. We enjoyed the large, comfortable entry lounge next to the breakfast area.

Booking.com company had not forwarded our reservation to the hotel. But, thankfully the hotel was able to accommodate us anyway. We are then concerned that Booking.com would then charge us for something they had not actually done for us.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. For that reason, I'll be returning. Everything was nice, and new. The morning desk attendant was so kind. We'll be back.

Upon arrival at 1am, there was no one at the reception desk for 15 minutes, but that was because he had a crabby customer insisting he help them in their room with their television. He was very apologetic upon returning to the desk.

The thing I like the most is that the floor isn't carpet, and they pretty much share a parking lot with Waffle House, so we can just walk over there for breakfast.

Can't think of anything to dislike.

The staff are welcoming - huge plus! The room was clean and updated, also spacious allowing us to move around freely without stepping over each other. We always reserve the room with the hot tub, because it's not like most, this tub is big enough for at least 3-4 - oh and I love the fact that we were able to swirl the flat seen to face the hot tub so that we could watch tv - The layout of the room is just perfect. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is beautiful inside from the minute you pull up. Looks very upscale. Room was wonderful and very homey feeling

Comfortable bed, great continental breakfast, hot shower with pulsating head, large washer/dryer; I slept deeply.
