Good for one night. Front desk person was wonderful and manager/owner very interested in making us comfortable. Our 2nd room was clean comfortable and updated. Breakfast provided. Convenient location right off highway but room was quiet. Price was definitely right

Reviews I read were good talked about updated rooms. Our first room however was definitely not. Carpet was honestly disgusting. Im sure they work hard to keep it clean but! Staff lady at desk moved us immediately and it was very nice. Breakfast was yogurt and cold cereal. You don't expect much when this is included but this was worst ever. We frequently stay in Cortez on our way to visit family sometimes coming and going. Decided to try different place. Will not stay here again

An exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful desk clerk signed us in and assured we were satisfied with our room right away when we arrived. All facilities were adequate and clean, giving us a good night’s rest.

We would have been even more appreciative if we could have had a room equipped with features for disabilities, such as grab bars, an ADA height toilet, shower wand, seat in shower, so forth. we weren’t hungry for breakfast, but if we had been, at least some protein, juice, and breakfast carbs would have been nice. The ice machine was out of order.

Great location right on Cortez's main drag. Friendly staff, pleasant room, nice little pool.

Breakfast was pretty much non-existent-- open from 7-9, we got there at 8 and there was nothing left but a few slices of white bread and some cereal, but no bowls or even cups. On the bright side, there's a Denny's across the street.

The owner/operator of this property (and his family) made our stay wonderful. He was so kind and thoughtful. He offered a local’s advice for places that we were going during our visit to make our time more enjoyable. Our kids loved the pool!!! I would definitely go back here…they have created a true family friendly environment!

Great location, great staff, comfy room. This was my second stay at this property this month. Excellent choice for anyone touring Mesa Verde and the Four Corners region!

Everything was fine, no complaints!

The king bed was big and the room was a good size. Great location! Area was very safe!

A little dated. You could hear people walking by your room. It vibrated on the floor.

The staff was super sweet. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance so he didn’t have to hop back on our bikes to get anything done.

Very well placed for a lot of the main tourist attractions, and. Are there many restaurants close by

Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, very friendly staff. The breakfast was pretty much what I have at home - fruit and yogurt. Nice view of a mountain from my room.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed.

the bathtub tap leaked and I was unable to shut off the flow. The outlets near the desk didn’t function and even sparked when I tried to plug in my devices. that issue needs immediate attention.
