good location, convenient, friendly staff services

I did not know breakfast was not included in my booking. Didnt know there's such filter for breakfast op out when I booked but will look more closely next time. Bathtub has drainage problem in my room believed Rm 607 & I called to alert staff & request service but no one came fix it. There was no parking available when we returned late at night, but luckily Hotel has garage from the next building to accommodate overfills, little bit of walk but it's alright

The room was ready when we checked in, I liked the complementary breakfast. I liked the location and parking. The room was comfortable.

The menu for the restaurant is not updated on the website, so there are far less options being served that what is online. It seemed as if the hotel was understaffed, they had one person working the restaurant at all times. So tables were not being cleared off. I was also expecting the breakfast to be self serve but we had to place an order and wait. The food was good, I just think that this could have all been communicated up front more clearly so we knew what to expect and where to go for breakfast. More towels in the room would have also been nice.

My son was not suppose to come, he ended up coming, I asked for a roller bed in the afternoon, before going out for a party, I ended up coming back at 11:00 pm, no roller bed was provided, when I called the front desk, she was surprised that the bed was not provided, and she said she will try finding someone to bring the roller bed, and it never happened. Also, the house keeping person was cleaning about three doors away, I asked her to bring me towels and toilet paper, since my children was also staying with me, she listened and never brought me anything, I was very disappointed.

I liked they had a charging station for my Hybrid vehicle. The beds were extremely comfortable and my husband enjoyed the coffee maker and selection of coffees and teas in the room. That was a bonus.

I didn't like that we had to walk so far to the parking garage. It was shared space with the office building next door. Additionally, we kept having to get our room keys reprogrammed. That was an inconvenience.

Loved the view. The room was great and having a balcony was amazing! The room was very clean.

The only thing that we had an issue with was the bed had a dip on one side of the bed that made it uncomfortable to sleep. Definitely could have used a new mattress for that room. Other than that, I really don't have a complaint.

Beautiful place. Exercise equipment was great. Pool was great. Rooms were clean.

Service issue: had to ask for Towels for pool, they didn’t come. Had to ask for coffee pods, garbage pickup or fresh towels. Unusual to need to use card to access elevator or amenities. But felt safe!

The bed was very comfortable. You wouldn’t have known you were sleeping on a hotel bed.

When we checked in and told we could park in the parking garage. There wasn’t clear directions from the staff how to get from the garage to the hotel or any signage.

Great view of the mountains, clean, and comfortable! Great for the price.

The parking is a little finicky and getting up to the hotel from the underground parking garage was weird with the elevators under construction.

I love the staff. Especially cleaning management. My room was cleaned on one of the days I was gone all day; her name was Cristy. Super sweet!

The only thing I didn’t like was the location, I didn’t think downtown would be so hectic with traffic

it was a great place, nice and cozy.

the staff had a very dry and stale personality. we were on our honeymoon and we let the front desk know at check in. we barely got a congrats and that’s it. the special occasion didn’t feel special there.
