I checked in a little early, and the staff was happy to help me with my booking and payment. I highly recommend it because of cleaning, delicious breakfast, location, and room cleanliness.

The hotel was great - it smelled so CLEAN everywhere we went. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and housekeeping was able to track down our daughters priceless stuffed animal that she left behind and held it until one of our local family members were able to pick it up to ship back to us. Also, super close to the airport and a gas station so we could refill our rental car right on the way to drop it off and took only 10 minutes to get to the airport!

I don't really have anything negative to say. The hotel suited our purpose and was a delightful stay while we were there.

We weren't there long as our flight left very early--too early for the airport shuttle. The front desk person suggested I check with other hotels for a shuttle ride so was thankful we secured one!

when I lost my wallet at the airport hotel staff were super friendly in finding a way for me to still check in. I prepaid for my room on booking but of course still need card on file for incidentals. the desk person asked if I knew my card number and luckily I had a picture of it! he manually entered it and got me on my way! great customer service!

trying to find airport shuttle info online/ on booking.com was very difficult. it resulted in me waiting at the pick up area for 55 min to go to the hotel. While the shuttle for the hotel across the street went by 4 times. Wish I would’ve snuck on it instead.

Spacious room looked like if was recently refurbished, reasonable price and all areas were clean. Shuttle bus was available ,which we used after dropping the hire car back and to get to the airport for our flight in the morning. Breakfast included in rate and even included some hot food choices.... this was the only hotel/motel that offered this in our whole roadtrip. Dining options available walking distance away plus a well equipped snack bar on site. Staff were super friendly

Great place to stay before a trip. Airport shuttle was easy and fast. Desk clerks were very helpful.

Comfortable bed, room was clean.

I asked for a receipt the morning I checked out (6am) and the lady at the desk said she couldn’t print me one, they didn’t have the capability, I’d have to get it off line; which I think is strange.

We asked to be given a room as soon as possible (rather than 3 pm) because we had just spent a sleepless night at the airport after our flight was cancelled, and we were! The rooms was comfortable and had everything in it we needed. The hotel might consider some redecoration, though nothing was broken or unusable; just a bit dark and tired. The breakfast selection was good and pleasantly displayed.

No toaster for bagels or bread. Late night staff tried to charge $10 "airport fee", which should only apply if you took the shuttle, but the receptionist was clueless. Luckily the morning shift knew better. Also at the time of booking got an automatic message from the hotel for a parking charge but wasn't charged for parking during my stay, which would be as expected.
