The A.M. shuttle driver, Ryan.was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Good location close to airport and dining.

We had learned from other family members traveling in our group that the shuttles from the airport to the hotel were basically unmarked so was hard to determine which shuttle to take. We opted to uber after car rental return to save time and aggravation. The front desk staff was pretty indifferent. Could be more welcoming and friendly.

I actually loved the breakfast that the hotel serves get there early or you might have to wait a little For them to refill. Nothing too fancy but not super basic either bacon different styles of eggs depending on the day sausage toast bagels yogurt and oatmeal honey bunz muffins very good stuff.

Honestly five stars to the manager because even if he didn’t talk to his employee with the glasses and bang that works in the morning he at least seemed to care that she treated me poorly telling me I could stay at another hotel very rudely when I never said nor brought up anything like that to her in the first place I asked about split payments. The manager fixed the issue. Although it’s definitely more to that whole situation. Also this is far from downtown so rent a car or map up train rides because the A line is a 30 minute walk from the hotel but not bad at all with conversation and good weather. Buses are great and on time if you don’t have a car just plan.

The location was nice! It was by several food places, and if we wanted to go any further, the Ubers/Lyft's in the area were fair in price. The hotel was clean, and above all else, the staff were amazing. I had to ask so many questions and requests due to work, and they helped out with it all. I'm super grateful to them for that.

It's a super minor thing, but it'd have to be the bar soap/body soap. I just had a pretty bad reaction to it, but that's more of a me thing than anything else. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend using it.

the property was in very good condition. the room was very spacious and clean. It was by the airport, so a little ways out if you’re not flying, but in a nice area with many hotels and restaurants close.

AC only worried if you had it on lowest setting and room needed some minor maintenance - bathroom door handle wouldn’t stay on, shampoo and conditioner came off of the shower wall, but other than that pleasant stay.

Breakfast was great with hot options (eggs and sausage) as well as bagels, cereal, etc. The front desk had toothbrushes and toothpaste ready for stranded travelers. There are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. The fitness room was better than average. There is a guest laundry (also important for stranded travelers! )

The airport shuttle doesn't run at night and isn't well labeled for the hotel. When it does run, it is hourly or on the half hour and you need a reservation. Uber and taxi prices are high from the airport, especially in the middle of the night. I only saw one staff member (the lovely woman who sets up breakfast) wear a mask appropriately. The front desk staff are apparently too special to bother.

Friendly receptionist who worked with me patiently and found our reservation that somehow got my name flipped around when it went through Booking.com's system. Wonderful and clean room. Near enough to airport and car rentals to make our leaving Colorado easier.

Staying near the Denver airport can be expensive. I shopped lots of hotels and chose Spring Hill Suites based on price. I was so pleased to find such a fine property! New, fresh, exceptionally comfortable room — it was a very restful stay.

One teeny thing - I’m 5’2” tall. The shower head is so high I cannot adjust it, or even see if it can be adjusted. By the time the water hits me it is truly like standing in a rain sprinkle, making it hard to rinse out shampoo. Just mentioning this here, but this problem isn’t unique to this property. The shower still felt fantastic and I appreciated the selection of the toiletries you provided. Thank you.

We were in Colorado for my Daughter’s 21st Birthday. My Daughter chose Spring Hill . It was a little bit of a hike to all of our destinations , however it was well worth it. The Staff was super friendly, very clean hotel. Breakfast was great. Bonus waking up every morning to be surrounded by beautiful mountains was absolutely amazing. I would definitely book here again.

Wasn’t aware of no house keeping for less than 3 nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

More soundproofing. You could here too much in the hallway and room doors opening and closing. Kids running up and down the hall.
