The location was perfect - a short walk to where my family lives. And there were suitable eateries also in walking distance.

We would have liked waffles more than just Sunday. Other than that, I don’t think it was lacking anything the other hotels offer.

Missed the turning to hotel (GPS instructions) but travelled one way system again. Hotel facilities great, staff helpful and friendly, paid parking at hotel.

Breakfast facilities and choice poor. Our first morning homeless person was using the facilities, the outside door must have been left open. This was not very pleasant for us - dirty and smelly. Access from outside should be checked

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great including the breakfast staff.

No hotel ever has firm enough pillows. The toilet seat was cracked causing a less than comfortable visit there.

The room was very big and it had a kitchen. Love the space and the confort of that room.

The only thing that I was not so happy about was the breakfast. The hotel really needs to bump up their breakfast game. Most of the stuff was prepackaged and not fresh.

I loved how attentive the Front desk staff were, Alicia, Madeline, and Tiffany definitely made our stay worthwhile. If it weren't for the front desk ladies I may have checked out sooner to find a place with a pool, but they were soooo nice and attentive to our needs during the stay that it made us feel more comfortable than we were staying during construction. These ladies are definitely hospitality people and make that hotel worthwhile to stay at. The location was good, nothing was more than about 25 minutes from the hotel.

I didn't like that we didn't have a heads up that construction was going on during our stay. Personally I don't believe it was worth the price we paid because we didn't have amenities like a pool or breakfast/dining area to sit during our stay.

Loved our stay!! Everything is very clean and the rooms are comfy, and nicely decorated. The staff that attended were very kind and helpful with any questions. Would definitely book this location again!!

The only inconvenience was that in order to have your room cleaned you have to ask a day ahead, and there’s no scheduled time to know when maintenance will be done, if you have to wait a day to get your room cleaned it would ease the inconvenience for your guests to give a scheduled time for maintenance so they do not feel obligated to ask repeatedly.

Peaceful location away from busy streets

The only negative was my room door broke off the hinges. Since it was just one night I didn't worry about it until checkout

they have a nice gym but no spin cycle or upright cycle

It was pretty close to everything we did and wanted to go. Great location Staff was very helpful and friendly!!!
