Travelling on motorcycles and arrived earlier than expected. Staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour earlier than expected. Room was on the back side of the building and right next door to a Safeway store. It is an older establishment, a little bit in disrepair. But the room was nice and clean, a/c cold, bathroom worked well. Even had bar chairs on the front porch where we could sit outside and enjoy a cold beverage. We visited with several of the locals as they walked by. Very positive experience.

No complaints about this place.

Good location across from the gold mine and about 8 tenths of a mile walk to downtown. Friendly staff, fairly quiet also in-room fridge and microwave

I think having a key to the deadbolt and a safe would make me feel more secure. It may well be that there is only small-town crime here, but without the deadbolt, which you cannot lock from the outside (but can from the inside) the door would be easy to defeat. The Furnature and such is older, but clean so in my mind perfectly acceptable for the value.

I have stayed here before so I knew what to expect, and while it is an older property, everything was very clean and functioned in the room. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was sufficiently strong. The front desk allowed me to keep my car parked on the property while I ran the Georgetown to Idaho Springs half marathon.

The window did not have a curtain that covered it so light came in, but it wasn't too bad.

We had a wonderful stay. We liked everything about the property. It’s convenient and homey. And the staff is very kind and helpful, as well

Just the small parking lot on the east side of complex. It was a little tight.

I was very surprised on the room I got It looked like an actual small 1 bedroom apt it was a corner room but there was just one issue which was the tv seemed to be going out had a loud buzzing noise but over I was very pleased thank you H&H I would love to have the same room again

The large room we had

Cute decent sized attic room with odd shaped but large bathroom-shower only no tub. Will ask for ground floor room next time. I was concerned might fall through old wooden planking and stairs from parking spot across deck and up too room-nails showing and very weak ect. Inside much nicer then outside grounds, parking, and walkways & stairs ect.

A lot but ok for the occasional overnight stay!

The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot.

The room was cold, and it was hard to figure out what was working. The bed was so close to the wall on one side that it was hard to get in and out.

I loved the location, the room was awesome, and the staff was great.

The roof people being there was a little inconvenient and having no breakfast was about the only things.

Over all the room was nice.

There was a leak from the skyline over our bed towards the end of our stay. There was a individual who called the police on us for loud music and bumping which was not cool. When the officer arrive we were watching TV with volume at a reasonable level and told the officer that we have a 4 and a 3 year old that we are doing our best to entertain, but they are children so it's not much that we could do to stop them from wanting to play. The officer gave us her card and left without incident. When checking out we discovered that the other individual had called the police on several other residents as well which was not okay, so that was the only thing that put a damper on the Holiday weekend.

Perfect location between Denver and ski areas. Great value, walking distance to restaurants and easy to access from I-70. Pleasantly surprised by comfortable beds!
