The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size as well, not like other hotels that have smaller bathrooms to make up for the larger room. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great!

We were charged $20 on out deposit for no reason. We left the room in good condition and did not use anything in the room, coffee, etc. We brought our own shampoo and soap. We don't know why we were charged. This was the first stop for a long family vacation and didn't bother to follow up on the deposit charge, but we did nothing different from other hotel stays and were never charged additional at other hotels. It was an already higher priced room at almost $300/night, so it was concerning. However, we enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was good. There was hot waffles eggs and sausage. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm which we loved. It also had a hot tub for adult relaxation. Has snacks and other essential items for purchase just in case you forget something. Good location and easy to get to either mountian activities or city. Feels safe and secure. Comfortable beds and large rooms.

Would have liked an extra blanket and pillow in the room a for the pull out couch. Our daughter stayed with us for one night before dropping her at her college dorm and there was no extras for the couch pullout. The hot tub was broken for our last night there but when I talked to the front desk they did say that's unusual for this hotel and the owners are great about getting it fixed fast which is good for future refference.. We did stay here a year before and everything was in working order that time.

Breakfast was fine although the same items were served every day. I am somewhat dependent on Wi-Fi and that service was good. Location is good because it is near my son and his family as well as other conveniences like shopping.

I've stayed here several times and the housekeeping rules are confusing even to the front office staff. Housekeeping will only come every three days and only if you schedule an appointment. There should be a set reasonable schedule for housekeeping that doesn't involved action on the guest's part.

The breakfast was ok. They could have replenished it faster. Staff was very friendly.

The room was cleaned to a minimum. Like not much attention to detail was used. Someone else’s hair was on the bathroom floor. Only 2 restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel. Not many options to choose from.

The beds were a little too firm for my liking but overall the room was really nice.

Location and breakfast was great

It was pretty dirty not pleased with how clean it was. toilet was completely stained of pee, you could tell that it was not wiped at all and the remote was completely dirty was covered in food stains!

Wow. Wonderful. Very clean room. Suite was large enough. Comfortable beds. Was surprised with what a great value it was. Hot tub and pool was wonderful!

Everything was very clean. And every time I would enter the building, the ladies at the desk would greet me and were very nice.

With the property being pet friendly I think maybe there should be an area where you can take your animal to use the bathroom.

The location was convenient and close to friends we were visiting. The room was large and roomy with space to spread out. The location was quiet for most of our stay.

Was disappointed by the breakfast -- individually wrapped muffins and sandwiches. Other hotel chains were providing a full breakfast over the same dates. Weird positioning of pool and hot tub visible through breakfast room. Barking dog in a room near ours was disruptive on last night of stay.

Full breakfast wasn’t served because of COVID. Said there would be “prepackaged pastries and frozen croissant sandwiches” prepackaged pastries consisted of little Hostess donuts and no sandwiches. Breakfast wasn’t served because of COVID, yet no one wore masks?? Pools and workout room were open, guess there’s no chance of getting COVID in those places, just in the breakfast lounge 🤷🏻‍♀️
