Very charming and extremely well-maintained property. One of the best hotel experiences in my life so far. It really feels like you’re staying at a friends house - we had a basket with some of Nova’s delicious baked goods waiting for us on the bed when we arrived. Huge room (The Palomino room), huge bathroom with a big bathtub and shower, double sinks, everything extremely clean and showed little use, tons of towels, great TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tons of closet space, excellent sturdy furniture, and outstanding wifi. The owners are very friendly and great hosts.

Everything was exceptional - zero complaints.

We stayed in the Palamino room. The location was great. We were able to walk to everything except the Visitor Center and pool. The bed was comfy and bathroom very large. Towels super fluffy. The small fridge had a separate freezer section that had worked great.

There was some traffic noise when we slept with the windows open. There was no sink in the kitchen room so we had to carry any dirty dishes to the bathroom to wash in the sink. Also, for the cost of the room, there could have been a little more breakfast food. Maybe some fruit or more bread. One four inch piece of bread for two people for two days.

Perfect location on Main St in Ouray, with a comfy bed and a private porch with a view of the falls in a quiet room. We couldn't have asked for much more. We would definitely stay there again. The owners were very friendly and kind.

The only negative, and it's a small one, was the coffee. My wife and I are not connoisseurs by any stretch of the word, but it was pretty bad.

Very nice room, comfortable beds, big plushy towels. Banana cake as a welcome gift on the bed. There was a strange smell in the room when we arrived - seems like something as spilled and they did their best to clean up but did not manage to get the smell out before we arrived. However, when we mentioned this to the owner, he refunded the complete amount we paid, so this was very fair.

Large, extremely clean room. Had the cascade room which is the lower floor facing the Main Street. Surprisingly quiet. You can hear the upstairs people but not bad. Check in was via an envelope in the lobby. In the room was a nice homemade bread. Hot water took a bit to get warm. Bed was comfy.

It was like a B and B with a lot of charm. It was also nice to have a balcony to myself. I was also really pleased with the little bread basket included.

I was a little disappointed in the lack of flexibility. I was supposed to check in later in the day but my jeep tour had been canceled, so it would ha e been nice to get in earlier. I understand it is a small Inn though so it can be difficult to do last minute changes.

The welcome banana and zucchini bread was delicious. There were plenty of towels and the temperature was good and the place was cozy and just as advertised. Check in was simple. Next time I will book earlier to get a bottom floor for my dogs.

I would have liked to know if I was on the 2 nd floor when I selected the inn. It worked out but I prefer first floor due to dogs. I did book last minute, so that's on me.

Great walkable location right on Main St but very quiet. Super comfy king bed. Full kitchen. Really a first floor one bedroom apartment with lots of space. Pull in parking spaces at the side of the house. Discounted tickets to the hot springs swimming pool.

Location - perfect. Contactless check in / check out - perfect. We just happened to run into the owners - Steve and Nova - during our stay. Very nice. We remember Nova from the 'BISSEN' (their small-bite-restaurant from a few years ago). We miss the BISSEN but loved our room - the Palomino. We've been to and stayed in Ouray several times over many years. Vacancies at the Ouray Main Street Inn will now be our first search for future visits. This was also our first bit of 'pandemic traveling'. :/ We're both vaccinated but neither of us is interested in even a mild case of covid and/or spreading this virus to anyone else. We felt safe during this trip. As I already mentioned, the contactless check-in worked perfectly. Additionally, Ouray not only has a whole lot of things to do OUTSIDE, there are also a number of restaurants with outdoor/rooftop seating. It was really nice to get away for a few days.
