Bed was very comfortable and restful. Had 2 luggage racks! First time in years that there were 2, not just one!! The restaurant's stuffed chicken was a problem, but waitress was especially helpful and resolved situation. Excellent, personable service by her. Well maintained hotel overall. Staff was particularly nice and helpful.

Town was very tight with everything seemingly narrow. Parking was a concern since there were no spaces left underground, but staff made extra effort to provide us a gated parking space behind hotel. Parking was $20 extra. Bed was especially high off the floor. Wife & I not tall, so it was a challenge getting on/in bed. But was very comfortable and restful. Restaurant was about to close (9 pm). The stuffed chicken was a problem, but waitress was especially helpful and resolved situation. Excellent, personable service by her. There was a sense of aging to facility, that was partially due to rustic, mountain resort spa-like nature of construction.

Restaurant was nice and the kitchen staff (incl. the cook himself) were very appreciative and attentive.

Parking in underground garage is limited and very difficult to get around (don't bring a pickup truck!). The guy at the Front desk when we checked in was somewhat distracted and not very attentive. He also forget to give me the room key, which was needed to enter the parking garage. Expensive and not really worth the money.

Great location. Beautiful welcoming and relaxing lobby area. The staff were great and attentive. Dinner onsite was very good and the cookies in the lobby were a nice plus!

Room opened up onto a soccer field that was used a lot while we were there. It's understandable because Telluride is small and the hotel backed up to the school. If we had been in town during ski season it might not have mattered. But we were there in September for a quiet getaway. It wasn't terrible, just was hoping for a little more of a special stay. We were also on the bottom floor, so we could hear the guests above us.

We did not have breakfast, but loved this hotel. The staff was constantly offering to help us. We had dinner the 1st night. They were short staffed & the waiter still managed to impress. She was so personable & did an excellent job of taking care of a packed dining area. We loved being able to sit on our 1st floor porch with a view of the mountains. The ambiance & comfort was outstanding. Highly recommend.

The ice machines were broken and there was a shortage of ice, but the hotel staff did everything they could to help.

The Hotel Telluride was one of our favorite hotels on a two week trip through Colorado and Utah into Arizona. It was so beautiful and the view from our room was breathtaking. We enjoyed the hot tub outside near the bar, it was perfect.

The history of the building, the furnishings throughout. The location to walk downtown and to the gondola.

I just love the cozy atmosphere of Hotel Telluride. The lobby with the intimate sitting areas and the beautiful fireplace. The hotel restaurant is delicious too. The kindness of the staff is just lovely.

We truly have no complaints. This is our 2nd time staying and this is where we would chose to stay whenever we come to Telluride.

Breakfast was good and handy. A decent selection. The waitress was very energetic and helpful as she needed to be as they were understaffed.

While the waitress did a very good job handling the large number of people she was serving it naturally caused some long wait times because they were understaffed. Two wait staff are needed. I believe one may have been sick.

Transportation service provided. Staff was beyond friendly!! I arrived early and was convinced I would be turned away. DaveO met me at the door and said “now don’t expect the worst just go see if the room is ready!” So calming and warm!

My only complaint, as a short person, it was like climbing a mountain to get into my bed. That’s not really a complaint, maybe a small step stool, for the vertically challenged!!

we loved that it was a short walk to the town, the balcony off the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

There was food (popcorn) on the floor from previous people. lots of dust in the corners and on counters. we had issues with our plumbing and after maintainer came to fix it they left a little mess.

Good location with an easy walk into town. property is more traditional in style, room was comfortable with all the usual facilities you would expect. staff were very helpful and the underground parking is convenient for sure. we didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

it’s a little older and traditional, which might not be to everyone’s taste. we didn’t mind it overall though.
