Size of unit and location
No air conditioning. It was very hot in the one bedroom even with box fans.

We had a great appartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each appartment is different as they seem privately owned. Our apartment was well equiped with a good kitchen, fire place and TV. The apartments are in the center of the Vail West, Lionshead which is a small center with good facilities and direct lift access. Vail Center is 20 minutes nice walk or the free shuttle bus.
One of the bedrooms had a small bed which was tight for 2 persons.

View and location were excellent! Could see everything-right next to the slopes, and in Lionshead Village. Easy to use the bus to get around.
The sofa and living room furniture was a little dated. There was no television in the bedrooms.

Nice property pretty close to the lifts. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the gondola at Lions Head. The condo was nice with comfortable beds, gas fireplace, kitchen and ski storage on ground floor. Staff was very nice and parking was included in an indoor lot in the basement. We had a minor issue (circuit breaker popped) and maintenance was there in minutes to address it.
There is one elevator and we had to wait for it from time to time. It is a fairly slow elevator. Like everything in Vail it seems overpriced for what it is. But that is just Vail. I also did not like carrying skis back and forth to the slopes. I wished they had a ski valet that could take the skis slope side. I'd happily pay for that. They Hythe hotel had that service and I was a little jealous!

Maintenance walked into my unit without notice and tried to tell me that I shouldn’t be there. I had a do not disturb sign posted that they ignored. On checkout the lobby personnel ignored my presence doing paperwork for 15 minutes instead of handling my checkout.

Close to everything, great view of slopes, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, fully appointed unit, the convenient onsite parking, and three jacuzzis! Hated to leave and we look forward to our next stay there!

location. newly renovated. clean. no clutter. pool. Staff took trash daily and replaced dirty towels.
no air conditioning. no makeup mirrors in bathrooms.

Proximity to lifts and Lions Head Village
We had a little trouble with the fireplace but the facility staff were great in coming over quickly to fix it.
