I really liked this hotel stay. It’s in a good area with a few fast food options & restaurants. There’s a mini complex with a few extra stores including a nail salon. I didn’t have to really get out of the area too much and it’s 15 min away from downtown Hartford. Room was clean & nice. Staff was friendly.

Pool & gym was closed at the time, I think due to covid. Breakfast options was very minimal but I guess it’s still something.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed for a weekend getaway.

The hallways were in a bit of disrepair, and the doors to each room were definitely in need of sprucing up. Hallway carpet was also dirty.

It was clean. The staff was nice. There may not have been a lot for breakfast but it was definitely more then adequate. I really loved the freshly made waffle and the eggs.

It was close to where we had a meeting. The bed was very comfortable. We got in late and there is a red lobster in the parking lot.

No hot breakfasts. I prefer eggs and meat. The bathroom is very small

Breakfast: good choices; good attention to details; very good coffee; supplies, equipment, room were very clean.

Decor in sleeping rooms is too dark. Not enough lamps/lighting in sleeping rooms. Did not like having to sign off on possibility of $250 charge if housekeeper smelled smoke on following day. We are non-smokers. Puts patrons in indefensible position.

The bed was very comfortable the use of the washer and dryer was well needed .quiet no issues what so evere clean

the smell of cigarette smoke although it’s “supposed” to be smoke free. I see dogs and wonder to myself if I’m sleeping in a bed that had a dog in it. Makes for very little peace of mind.

Pool was great. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Everything was clean.

Not enough towels for the amount of people we booked the room for.

Based my stay off the reviews. Figured it couldn’t be so bad. The hotel is definitely dated. Tub wasn’t clean, toilet was definitely not clean-I’ll spare you the details. Trash hadn’t been taken out but other than that the room appeared clean and the beds were comfortable.

States the pool is open but it’s not which is why I chose this hotel. But, the receptionist gave me 2 choices in the area.

I loved everything about my stay here from the friendly staff, the cleanliness of my room and the location!

There was nothing for me to not like about my stay here.
