The hotel is charming with a wonderful staff. Parking was convenient with a choice of underground or surface parking. Bellhop service was available. The location was perfect, right on the Boardwalk, and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and well decorated with very comfortable beds. The dining room and pub face the ocean with fireplaces scattered around. The outdoor patio had firepits and large space heaters. The birds in the lobby added a unique and special touch. I was very pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The property was fabulous! Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly during our entire stay. The Location can’t be beat!!! My husband and I took our 2 year old and 1 year old. We stayed in the double standard room without a view because it was the only room available last minute in our price range. The room was perfectly fine and comfy! We had enough room for all of our stuff and the travel crib. It was tight but workable!

The hot water in shower is sporadic, ranging from luke warm to burning hot every 30 seconds. I had read about this issue on other reviews, but it wasn’t that important to me on this short trip. But if I was staying here longer I would’ve been irritated. On more minor side, I also didn’t like how the air conditioner made a loud knock sound everyone it turned on and off. One other small thing that would be an improvement for families is to offer some kids portion sizes on the breakfast options. I should note that I did not raise any concerns with the hotel during my stay or ask them to rectify it. Everything else here was top notch!!

Great front desk service. Loved the hot tubs on the roof deck with the gorgeous view of the beach. Loved how children couldn’t access the pool after 8pm and were not allowed in the hot tubs. Very nice restaurant with outdoor seating with heaters and fire pits.

I love the aviance and decor. It felt like you were transported back a few hundred years. The room was exceptional with a view of the ocean right from your bed.

What I didn't like is minor. We had ordered breakfast in our room to be delivered 8:30. By 9am still no breakfast. Called the kitchen to see what the problem was and was told they never received our card which we hung on the door that evening. I looked to see if it was still there but is was not. Don't know what happened. The staff was apologetic. Hey things happen. This will not deter us from returning for another stay.

Had room service. Delivery person quiet yet pleasant. Excellent breakfast. On time. Enjoyable.

I use a cane and it was helpful to avoid steps but I could not remember which entrances had steps or no steps to get to elavstor. Had to walk back and forth around building several times. Perhaps signage at more accessible entrances would be helpful and less frustrating.

Upon check in, there are friendly resident birds in the lobby that guests can interact with! The decor is amazing and the staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Victoria's, the onsite restaurant, has fabulous food for all three meals. And the location makes it extremely easy to explore beautiful Rehoboth and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

We've stayed here four or five times. Can't beat the location and convenience to the beach. We always book the adults-only concierge floor. Exceptionally clean, great service and ambiance. Lots of nice extra touches which take the stress out of traveling. We always think of staying somewhere else and then we come back!

A few of the jets in one of the hot tubs weren't working, but there were other hot tubs to choose from. It was a minor thing!

I like the authenticity and care expressed by the staff. I liked the exquisite beauty everywhere. It was so much fun to be surrounded by all that creativity!

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

The food in Victoria's was amazing as was the room service. Besides eating in the restaurant we had a breakfast and 2 dinners delivered to our room. Beautifully presented and delicious. Rooms comfortable, clean. It's pricey but worth it.

It doesn't have a pool as such. More of a large spa like area not a typical pool.

The room was beautiful, the view was outstanding. The huge heated spa was amazing! The spa extended outside where you could see and hear the ocean.The parrots in lobby were so adorable. I have traveled to every state in USA and this was one of coolest interesting hotels.

There was nothing we didn't like.
