Breakfast was pretty good, facility was clean and comfortable, front desk personnel were helpful

Not sure I would call what you have for dining a restaurant. Even the bar was quesstionable. The maid cleaned the room one day, which was fine. I must have cut myself shaving, and left blood on my pillow case overnight. When we returned to our room the next day, the bed was mad and the bloody pillowcase was still on my pillow. Didn't care for that. Also, I don't believe that, when someone is paying good money to stay at a hotel, we should have to pay for parking.

The rooms are very spacious. It is a true suite with a couch and desk area as well as a very comfortable bed. There is a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was large with ample towels. The hot tub was great. The heated pool was beautiful but not very heated. Parking on site was convenient. Buffet breakfast included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage patties and other regular breakfast items that you would expect. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and across the street from Fort Clinch but about a 10 minute drive to downtown Fernando’s Beach.

Denim, at the front desk, was fabulous! He was extremely helpful as well as providing exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeble. He should be considered an asset! The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very clean.

The breakfast was good but needs more variety in the daily menu. We were there a week and it was the same thing except for the sausage. Recently, stayed at a similar hotel, same price range, and they provided little omelets and bacon. They also provided a variety of fruit. And coffee all day. Cereals and waffles were great. Pool was nice. Beach chair and umbrella rentals would be nice since you are close to the beach. Have seen this with other travels.

The property was beautiful. The customer service was excellent. I love the poolside with the little bar. I also like the fact that it was a restaurant across the street and the ocean was across the street and walking distance.

The fact that you had to pay for parking at the motel, I didn’t like that because I think if you reside at the hotel, you should be able to park there free now if anything happened to your vehicle I hope that they know that they are responsible for it and they have to pay for anything that happens to it

We stayed here for three nights. The room was large with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. Each floor has a laundry room, the hotel provided us with detergent at no cost. Plenty of parking space though we were charged for it? The fitness room was large, with modern equipment. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked clean. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby, though they are expensive for what you get. A car is essential if you are looking to move around here.

Was surprised about the 15.00/day parking. I booked 2 rooms so that was an additional $30.00/day to park.

The pool was GREAT!! Plenty of towels there for guests. The breakfast was really good. A lot of choices. The breakfast staff was very friendly and constantly kept refilling the food. The area is clean, neat and comfortable. There was lots of room to accommodate everyone. There was a rose for all the Mothers who wanted one at the front desk. It was Mother's day that Sunday when we checked out.

A pet fee was charged to the bill when we didn't have a pet. The front desk clerk quickly adjusted the bill and was very apologetic for the mistake.

The hotel was very clean. The pool was very nice. We also liked the proximity to the beach, town, etc.

The parking situation wasn't great. Breakfast could have been a little better. Adding a waffle station would be a very easy upgrade. The TV was frustrating because of internet issues, making the TV very slow to respond to the remote control. And it only takes about five seconds to get VERY annoyed with the "Marriott Bonvoy" default "channel"...it would be best to scrap that entirely.

Breakfast was great with many selections. Our room was spotless. We appreciated the clean room with the extra perks. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with on every occasion.

Ordering food on line or by phone from your restaurant would have been nice. I had to search for menu on line to no avail. I ended up having to pick up a menu, bringing it back, ordering in person and having to pick it up later.

We really liked the location and the facilities. The pool is very nice and large. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. We felt comfortable and very safe the whole time. Loved seeing that the families having such a good time at the hotel.

Lack of knowledge and no communication at the pool bar. Running out food and not communicating with guest. Offering Starbucks is wonderful, whoever not all the teamembers are train to be barista so they will turn you away.
