Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

We did not like being confronted by homeless people in the parking lot asking for handouts, and then seeing those same people sneaking into the breakfast area stealing breakfast and running out the door. We didn’t like that the park like area behind the hotel is where the homeless congregate and sleep by the pond. We also didn’t like that I found a lower price on booking.com for the exact same room/time/location/facility and booking.com wouldn’t honor the price. We sent the requested documents 3-4 times, with screen shots of the lower price, and booking.com continued to send us the same request every time we responded with the requested documents, with verified screen shots of lower pricing.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The pool was nice, and breakfast was really good. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. They even lit the fire pit at night for us, despite the weather being hot.

The only negative is that it isnt located closer to the beach. That is no fault of the hotel. I didn't know the area when I booked. Only because parking is hard to find when you visit the beach and it would have been nice to be within walking distance. However, the price and accommodations of this hotel definitely make it worth the drive!

The location was great! I stayed in the suit on 7th floor, and was very comfortable. It has a full kitchen with appliances, table to sit at, and also a sectional living room with couch and table with tv. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a regular shower and toilet sectioned off from the closet area with sink (amazing full size mirror!) everything included for bathroom utilities:)

The room had a weird smell of seafood…could have been from the people who stayed prior.

the location was fine, it was approximately 40min walk to the beach, but the views were beautiful so it was not a problem. also there was a trolley that could take you or the beach; personel was very friendly. breakfasts were different every day, they were very tasty and there was a healthy choice available:)) ; the room was clean and very big

we had a room for three people but there was only one big bed and sofa which was very not comfortable; as a room for 3 we expected the same comfort for all the guests

Our room was very clean, the pool was the cleanest I have ever seen at a hotel property and not crowded at all, the pool chairs were very comfortable,the water pressure was great and water got very hot. Breakfast was exceptionally and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Our only complaint is the pillows are not the best but next time we will just bring our own not that big of a deal.

Nice clean room, hot breakfast and very friendly staff, especially Luis who was the reception there upon our arrival and not only made us feel welcome, but assisted us in deciding what to do while there. Convenient location with free parking on site.

The breakfast was very good, and included with the room, but I wish they would not scramble their eggs in milk--I know it makes them go farther, but not nearly as good as eggs scrambled without milk.

This place is absolutely 💯 fantastic. It was clean and the staff was 👏 amazing!!!! And the breakfast omg I wasn't expecting that at all... Was like having a home cook meal.. made me wish they served lunch too lol.. The hotel is so comfortable and great location

Well taken care of. Had good security, the elevators required a card to go up to your floor. I felt comfortable in the room. It’s in a nice area but it’s still downtown Clearwater.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Room was specious and equipped for extended stay, meaning that you are able to cook and prepare your lunch or dinner. Excellent breakfast and very polite and cooperative staff. Nice are nearby for short walk.
