Room was fine

The booking said it was going to cost $305. PLus $20 parking for two nights plus a refundable deposit of $100. My charge was $505, of which I should get $100 back. Why was it $80 higher than shown on booking?

As expected based on description and reviews. Very clean, super nice staff and modern rooms. Good decent breakfast if you are up for it. Very nice stay. Also, nice bar onprem now open and fabulous bar/restaurant down the road. had a wonderful time all together

I loved the light, breezy atmosphere of the place. The rooms are large, which I loved because it seems hotels are trying to make the rooms as small as possible these days, and they are clean with great bathrooms!! There is a rooftop area (which they do make look MUCH nicer in the photos) but I loved going up there with my morning cereal and book and enjoying the sun looking out at the boats nearby. They have a paid buffet breakfast which I didn't get but it looked really good, and they have free tea and coffee out almost all day.

My only downside would be the comforters were quite thin so I had to flop one side over to double it up. I find most hot places do this which is understandable but I like weight on me when I sleep. Wouldn't be applicable to someone who doesn't mind light bedding.

This was one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have had. We arrived at the hotel well before check-in. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage. They informed us that there was no guarantee, but they could have a room ready for us early. We went to the beach and a few hours later our room was ready! The lobby, pool, and rooms were absolutely beautiful and so clean. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance that had great food. As a new breastfeeding mom I am traveling w/o my 6 month old, which can make milk storage difficult! At checkout the hotel allowed me to store my cooler of milk in their fridge, which is such a relief to not have to worry about it! At both check in and check out we worked with Marina who was absolutely wonderful!! We appreciate the care and kindness she displayed and the quality customer service she provided us! Everything - as soon as you walk in, it just looked like it was sweet - and very well kept. I loved the floors in the rooms themselves, very nice and it just upped the quality of the room itself. The room itself was amazingly big and the washrooms were immaculate and functional. I really liked this hotel and I'd stay here again without even thinking. :) **ALSO** The staff were all just super wonderful, friendly and true professionals. The breakfast was delicious and the food was always hot - with them constantly monitoring it -which is wonderful to see. Overall, this hotel is an absolute gem and I will stay here again. Katherine

The only thing that I found a little disappointing was that the cost $$ of the breakfast. It should be just slightly less than what it costs...

Did not purchase breakfast but did look it over. It should have been Complementary. Had to pay for Lyft to and from Cruise port and Airport. Should have been Complementary! Had to wait for room 4 early check in. A number of rooms should be set aside knowing cruises debark in the morning.

I liked the room which includes balconies. And not like many others i love the fact that it's right next to interstate which you can jump on and travel anywhere.

The pool was to small and they have a Jacuzzi. Also there should have been a table and chairs available on the balcony for smokers. Overall the room was pretty dope. Aside from the location which is close to interstate and due to construction getting back to hotel is inconvenient. But if you don't mind hearing the traffic and airplanes coming in and out it's a great location. Just make sure you have a secure means of transportation to get around. Also the bathroom area was to small but the shower was excellent if your up for a peek show with your spouse. 😊

Close to airport, easy check-in, had a great 8th floor room with marina views, very comfortable mattress and pillows, no issues with noise, appreciated the in-room coffee maker. They have an upstairs sundeck which is nice. Chic rooms.

No significant downers -- note that ownership/branding has just recently changed so the name of the hotel that shows up in booking and map apps is different than the one you'll see, but it's the same building at the same address. Some traffic noise out on the deck/with deck door open.

I stayed after a surgery with my partner as I needed a good space to recover and rest. I loved the energy of the front desk reception personnel. They were very accommodating young set of people. I was able to reach them by phone to make any changes necessary and they knew me by name! that's a plus for me!! Thank you all for making my recovery stay a good one!

I didn't like that there was no refrigerator in the room but a cooler instead.
