Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are big and spacious. The location is good. The staff is extra special and helpful. I had immediate response to all my questions and you get a number you can text your concerns/questions. The pool area has nice seating arrangements and the pool is big enough. There are small improvements i would suggest. But overall i would stay here again.

Overall i liked it. Very small details hotel might want to improve on: I'd add a small shelf on the washroom wall to create more counter space. Not sure if its too much work to do, but id make the pool more heated. I would also suggest to add one relatively cheap and healthy food option to the kitchen menu (like a bowl , wrap or sandwich)

we loved our king one bedroom, in our opinion we had the best room with a patio entrance to the outdoor tapis bar and front entrance to a lagoon pool. Room 3107 if you are social and want to be close to the bar and two pools and a lot of fun. We received excellent service from all the staff and big shout out to Arnold for excellent customer service and friendly. another shoutout to the bartender Dillion the best bartender there. we loved how walkable the North Beach Village area was to coffee shops to fine dining. The beach is one block away, you can’t find anything close to this property for price and atmosphere. We are already planning our next vacation here. what I recommend is their sister property has two hot tubs one block away and was nice to have that amminity so close. The North Beach Cafe has a excellent menu, great service and the Wine Garden is a hidden gem and reservations are suggested. We spent 7 nights and you can totally Uber from the airport and not need a rental car, we waisted money on our rental car. Do not hesitate to book this Resort.

for long term stays such as ours for a week really needs full size coffee makers available we spent a lot of money at the coffee shops. I suggest a concierge service for receiving grocery delivery and placing in room that guest order on their own insta cart. I use a cpap medical machine for sleep apnea and requires distilled water. our flight was delayed and didn’t arrive until 1am, I personally suggested to manager these ideas.

I cannot express highly enough the experience we had with the staff. Anthony, Aaron, Vincent, Luis, Stephanie & Juan (along with all the others whose names we didn't get) were exceptional and should receive the highest of praise. They always had a smile for us and went out of their way to always ask "How are you?" "What can we do for you?". When we find a unique place such as this, we will not stay anywhere else when visiting Ft Lauderdale. In fact, we have a planned visit in October and look forward to seeing everyone again!

In all honesty, there wasn't anything we didn't like. If there was one thing that we would like to see differently, it would be to have the outside bar open sooner during the week. But I think that is nitpicking a bit.

We were really pleased with the location :). Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. They had beach/pool towels to use. Two pools. Both were deep which we loved. Nice deck area. One had a bar and live music one night we were there. Loved the set up and ambiance there. Didn’t eat there but it smelled good. We used the washing machines at two of their sister hotels. Good experience. Room was clean and bathroom as well. I always bring disinfectant wipes when I travel, no residue, dirt etc. and nothing came on the wipes when I wiped the bathroom down. Beds were comfy. We had a great view of the pool. All guests around seemed pleasant and chatted with some at the pool. Wonderful experience and we will go back if staying in the area again.

I loved where our room was located and the location of the hotel was convenient to restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and the maid came in everyday with new towels and to make the bed. Everyone that worked there was very courteous. From check in to check out!

The pillows were hard but not unbearable. And the beds could use a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. If you like a hard bed it's good. Not complaining, just my input

The location was excellent. It was a two minute walk to the beach and was a short walk to the surrounding breakfast places. The maids were extremely nice and it was extremely convenient that new towels were brought every day.

Our room could have been a bit larger, however, it was fine for what we paid for.

Everything about the room and the location were excellent.

The parking was absolutely horrible. We paid $10.00 per day for parking that we were unable to find. Staff told us we could only park around the building in designated spots for the $10.00 per day. But, on the last night, after paying for City parking by the hour, someone told us there are other properties owned by the same owner. We attempted to park at those other properties and they were completely full, too. Essentially, we paid for parking twice, to the City and to the motel. The hourly rate of City parking and the cost to pay the motel, combined, was as much as the nightly room rate. We left the motel paying twice what we expected for the long 3-day weekend. Parking is a NIGHTMARE!

The bed was very comfortable. I could adjust the air conditioner. I used the refrigerator, the microwave, and the coffee maker. The location near the beach, the Bonnet House Garden and the Village area was great! The outdoor bar and space were inviting.

My first night, the outdoor bar music and people were very loud until 2:00 am. Luckily, I was truly on vacation and was able to be good natured about it. The toilet shifted each time I sat down which was disconcerting!

Staff was amazingly nice and friendly! Location to the beach is a 2 minute walk. Cozy little spot in courtyard with a bar, music, pool and seating. We stayed in a king size room, comfortable bed, large room with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, dresser, TV and safe. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Some nights were louder than others in the courtyard by the bar and pool. I wish the other guests were a little more respectful and kept the noise level down a little after 11 pm. Also a little weird that we left for the day to return to our bed made and my personal items moved from the bed and couldn't find a pair of shorts because they were tucked in the corner when the bed was made by staff.

Location, happy hour, desk staff

This was my 5th stay at this resort. I've even come during spring break and this was the loudest it's ever been. The bar area from 11p-230a woke us up several times on 8/18 and 8/19. Definitely worst 8/18. The area was trashed the morning after 8/18 as well. I believe the resort is under new management and I'm wondering if that is part of the change?
