Great location. Easy walk to the beach. I met the owner, he was great. The property was completely remodeled. From sidewalks to windows, everything was replaced. You can choose the size of your room. I chose the smallest, which worked for me. The property has two buildings. The one building is not as lovely as the completely remodeled building. So be sure to pick the room on the renovated side.

I have no complaints about anything.

Newly renovated to a high standard. Microwave was a positive. Very comfortable bedding. Not too far from beach. About a 2km walk to supermarket. Bus stop fairly handy to get around.

A bit far from a lot of restaurants as we didn't have a car. I like to be amongst more shops etc. Still getting used to accommodation not servicing rooms daily. Did think the weekend rates were quite high for the area. Not all the rooms have been renovated which will be reflected in the price.

The hotel is very new. Therefore the rooms are in very good condition and it is very clean, the bathrooms are well ahead of the others in this class. The staff is very nice and supportive. No breakfast is offered, but this becomes clear when ordering. And on the other hand there is a small kitchen that you can actually use, with an oven, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils you need. The location is good: close to the beach and within easy reach of the hotspots of Atlantic Blvd, yet it is very quiet. Recommended.

The location was amazing! One short walk away from the beach, literally. There was ample parking and there were many restaurants nearby (walking distance), both fancy and casual. The host, Chris, was the best! Very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms were very fresh and clean, i did not have to worry about the cleanliness lol. We really had a great time over new years. They had many poolside chairs and towels and the pool was heated!

They had construction/renovation going on but it was not bad to be honest, no noise problem. Just one segment was closed off which was the pool side of the compound (still was able to use the pool) BUT they said renovation will be finished soon! So otherwise it would have been 100% great! bathroom was a little small

The manager, Chris, was extremely nice: he upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost since the one we booked was in the older part of the hotel. He provided us with clean towels and blankets whenever we needed it and he even gave me free water on a day where I was feeling sick. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach and I a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We loved it!

The heating seemed to have some issues but we did great with the extra blankets.

clean, comfortable, close to beach and restaurants and groceries . Kurig and wine bottle opener was a nice touch. Chris was very nice and helpful.

only suggestion would be to put cream and sugar with the coffee. the real cream in the little containers would be nice.

Nice renovated apartment, swimming pool, close to the beach, quiet neighbourhood.

Make sure to get the room in the renovated building. by mistake we were given the wrong room in the old building at first. I would not like to stay there, air conditioning was very loud, making it unusable.

Location was fantastic, walk to the beach in under 10 minutes, with shops, restaurants etc. The area directly around the hotel is residential/other hotels and is quiet and feels safe. Rooms were clean and well presented but simple.

I liked the location. Close to the beach and quaint restaurants and shops. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The rooms were outstanding. King bed, coffee maker, table with chairs, microwave and fridge.

Chris was very helpful and kind. Informed me of everything we needed to know and any questions that I had he had answered. He remembered the names of all of our children and talked with them when he saw them which I thought was an amazing personal touch! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. They check in and check out process was very smooth and there were no hidden fees that popped up after booking. Everything was very straightforward.

Traveling with younger children was difficult to get to places just due to the location of the area not a lot to do for families but we knew that going into it.
