It was our second time here. We visited 5 years ago with 2 of our little children, now we have 3. It is very family friendly, clean, the restaurant was amazing, servers with excellent customer service skills, and the food 5*. We liked it 5 years ago and now we love it even more! I could not believe how good and affordable the food was. You get 2 free kids meal with one adult order. Amazing! Breakfast was included in our price, and was also excellent. Pool and lazy river clean, tiki bar and food outside, can also use Hilton hotel facilities. We did not get to go eat there, time was short, we were there for 4 night, checked out and stayed until 4 pm and enjoyed the beach which was turquoise, clear every day! Everything was amazing and very convenient, great location, minutes to all activities. If you are looking for a family friendly resort, this is the one!

I wish they would offer beach service for drinks and food. They would for sure have more sells. The beach chairs were $49/ day, but this is not part of the hotel. We had our own, as we live only 4 hrs away.

The breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. The staff was great all the time. The outside of building was well maintained aswell as the inside appear clean.

Need pancakes on the breakfast buffet, The pool needs the water movement turned up so you can float and germs/ bacteria stay away. The tubes needed to be sanitize but no one sprayed Anything to clean them, plus the lounge chairs needed to be sanitize aswell daily. All types of unclean individuals be laying on them chairs & on the tubes. Ewww. We wanted to stayed another day because my wife birthday was on check day. I ask the clerk at front could she maybe help us out. The price she quoted was higher then price online with booking. Com who we used to reserve our rooms. Then the hotel next door was 200.00 cheaper. She didn't even try to price match. We already paid $1,650 for 3 days wtf. Smh. So we left and went next door got a room for another day. Sad

Location was perfect, amenities were great, lots to do for families.

The bathroom was not up to my expectations. The toilet seat was scratched or scuffed making it appear like it wasn't clean. The toilet paper holder was rusty, there were holes in the wall where an old towel rack was. The hairdryer blew up, however the front desk was very helpful at getting us a new hairdryer.

Breakfast was amazing!! Tasted as close to homemade as I’ve taastwd. Very good. breakfast ! Pool was very nice as well!! Beach was wonderful!, very short walk to the beach! Great location. Being close to the pier was an extra bonus!

There wasn’t anything I can say I didn’t like I don’t believe . Other than the beds were maybe a little harder than I would have expected.

Great location, beach front property. Facility was nice and clean, staff was helpful and friendly. In-house dining was very good.

Our room was above 3 large condensing units that constantly blew hot air and were very noisy. Which in turn made the balcony pretty useless ( one of the main reasons I chose this hotel ). The lighting fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and at one point we actually ran out of hot water. The hotel bar ( inside and out ) charged way too much for watered down drinks ($13ea) One ice machine in the whole building (2nd floor)

The staff was very friendly and very helpful with giving suggestions on what to do and where to go while we were staying there. The breakfast was amazing, the bar specials and service was exceptional, and the response to whatever we needed was quick. The flexibility to utilize the hotels pool next to us and the quick easy access to the beach made the stay so much worth it.

On the beach with very easy access to it. Has a restaurant in the lobby for all breakfast, lunch, and dinner needs. Walking distance to a few local attractions. Couple of staff went above and beyond to make our stay better (they made pancakes for our 4yo for lunch and dinner when they don’t serve them at those times).

The room was smaller than expected. It wasn’t a terrible room but definitely cramped at times.

The amenities were fantastic! The pool areas were awesome, and the beach access was great. The little tiki bar/restaurant by the pool was really good too. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Great parking as well. Overall a wonderful resort perfectly located!

We had a couple of those small roaches in our room. One in a dresser drawer, and the other in the bathroom. No big deal, but not what you want to see.

The customer service here is excellent, everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond for you.

Had to ask to have the room cleaned after I checked in, and they still left crumbs on the table and floor. The front desk took great care of us though.

Kids activities, beachfront, all staff helpful, ocean view, kids club free, kids eat for free that’s a big point with four kids! We had really enjoyed our stay.
