At night we walked outside wanted to fish but it was incredibly loud due to someone was playing loud music this was after 9. Then walking back to our room tons of roaches outside. None inside!! I think I stayed in room 202 and by the sink on ceiling cob web n 1 dead bug.

Cute place, well cared for. Little beach, boat docks, soft sand, grills, bikes, clean pool. We had a bungalow which had plenty of room. The only down side was highway noise at night and no blackout curtains, but not too bad. Overall it was an excellent value.

Need some blackout blinds or curtains, it might also help with traffic noise. But overall it was great.

Pretty property, boats, beach, sunrise and screened balcony. Nice place to bring family and enjoy the grounds. Not a good value for 1 night 6pm to 6am stay. Good wifi. Big 5 ft tall refrigerator freezer. Shower with hand rail.

The little things. No cups in room.. Only Sheer Curtains on windows. At night the light comes pouring in. Must be dressed to leave bathroom. You can see into the room at night. Not wherlchair friendly. Grass between concrete slabs makes a bump smooth bump. Looks great. Close to highway. Road noise constant. 10-6 bumper to bumper lucky to find breaks in traffic. Staff has matter of fact manner. Polite and with curtesy not empathetic. Learned all properties every time MUST BE contacted to ensure special request. ADA not available when booking online are available. I need First floor or elevator, bathroom handrail. I did not specify first floor only. Got stuck on 2nd floor, steep stairs. They were fully booked. Could have been worked out with advance notice.

We stayed in a Motel Room above Reception for one night and we kinda loved it! Does exactly what it says on the tin. The property has obviously been updated fairly recently and we were quite impressed to find our room looking very much like the photos online. Coffee in the reception area and the range of goods including laundry detergent was welcome. The private beach and marina were also lovely, we spent a good hour just watching the pelicans dive for their dinner. It was mesmerising. The staff were super lovely and parking was readily available on site. Depending on what type of room you had depends on how much road noise you will get. We were only there for one night so weren’t bothered by the traffic, if staying for longer would recommend ensuring you are staying further toward the water in of the apartments or bungalows.

Only really a stopover rather than a stay, but the staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large and tidy, it seemed quite ently decorated. Compact bathroom, with a very good shower. Really nice pool area and an outdoor area next to a quay. No real beach, but pleasant. Short drive to good restaurants.

Quite expensive, especially out of season and with no breakfast offered, but that is probably the area. Coffee available, but no drinks making facilites in the room. Our room was connected to another and the guest next door was noisy and had the TV on all night. Strange red light right outside the window.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and bars.

The room did not provide a coffee maker or Keurig. I called in advance to see if I needed to bring K Cups or coffee and filters. They told me the room had a coffee pot and I should bring coffee and filters, only to find out no coffee maker at all. The lobby had coffee, but only regular coffee, and my wife drinks decaf. They tore up the flooring outside of our room and laid new tile during our stay. I have arthritis and had to walk to the other staircase to get to our room. More than double the distance. We asked what could be done about both issues and the staff said nothing could be done.

They’ve done a wonderful job taking care of an old property. I had a suite, it was lovely.

I walked down to ask for a wine opener. It took about 90 minutes and me walking down two more times. The air conditioning was freezing! Fortunately, I was traveling with a blanket, I went to my car and used it. I was checking out in the office, I needed a tissue, although there were some on the desk, the receptionist pointed to a paper towel. Overall, I appreciated the lovely space, thank you!

The place is a great way to break up your drive in the keys. Just under 2 hours to key west and about the same to Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area (depending on traffic of course). Staff is super nice and friendly, complimentary coffee/water by front desk, there's a microwave and full fridge in the room. We had 2 queen beds. Soft mattresses, on metal frame. Nothing overly fancy. There was a nice balcony with chairs/lounge. Otherwise, room bare but served it's purpose. Pool area was nice and free parking. We saw lots of birds and iguanas on the docks! Near some shopping, food and breweries, which was great too.

Shower took a while to heat up. Bathroom was a little tight and towels could've been bigger. Room keys MUST be returned otherwise there was a fee. "On the beach," but not a swimmable one. Mostly docks and a view, but not exactly "kempt." So a bit "dinky" looking. More like "motel" vibes but with a pool and cutesy. No elevator to 2nd floor rooms (in case you need it).

We enjoyed our stay at Brezzy Palms and plan on returning for a longer trip. The room had been recently renovated. It was very roomy. The mattresses were new and the great visco-type foam. The room had a full-size refrigerator and a very nice recliner. There was nice outside furniture. The beach area was very clean, close to the room, and inviting. The pool was also very nice. The best part was the helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel started a renovation over a year now , the rooms are fully remodeled very nice we loved that the apartment style unit had everything we needed as if we where back home loved the screen in porch. room was very clean, stayed in unit #109 over looking the pool and beach.

Water pressure in the shower was very poor also as stated they started renovation had a few days of extra construction noise to deal with, but not that bad. The one only thing we were not happy with and feel management can address with their staff, hotel has one of the best views in the keys. but for sum reasons they had boat trailers parked on the docks, old batteries, dirty rags, towels, garden hoses laying on the docks. just simple good house keeping principles not being followed. which affected our comfort level and view when enjoying the beach, simple fix though that owners and management can fix easy. just my two cents worth
