I really liked that the location was close by our events. The hotel was clean and the staff was really really friendly.

I don’t feel like that price was worth almost $300 a night. The water didn’t get hot when showering, there was also construction work going on with the elevators. You could tell where The walls had holes in them but was painted over.

Staff for the most part was very mannerable and nice. the breakfast had a good selection.

I asked for the light in the room to be fixed and the shampoo container to be filled on two occasions. Because of my complaint the manager did call me to apologize.

Fairfield Hotel was fine it is your company that I am unsatisfied with. I have a family cancer patient and we had to cut our trip short. You clearly offer a COVID health policy cancellation on your website yet when I called or notified your company that my trip needed to be cut short so we could return home to our family you refused cancellation or rate reduction and still charged me for three nights instead of one night stay. Why do you post COVID acceptable exemptions then not enforce them? Fairfield was not able to offer cancellation or credit on the billing as this all goes through Booking.com. You false advertising regarding sensitivity toward family health issues are reason for negative review. I hope to never use this service again when you post flexible options that are untrue.

The breakfast is amazing, they gave my family a lot of options. The rooms are very clean, its worth it. I will definitely recommend this hotel

My husband had an appointment in the area, so we booked this location also knowing it had easy access to major roads leading to the downtown area. There is a pool that looked lovely but it being February, we did not use it. The hotel was spic and span COVID clean, and we appreciated the lengths to which the staff went to keep serving a hot breakfast during this time. Not all Marriott properties accept pets but Fairfield Inn and Suite does and that is an important plus for us. Even the in room dark roast coffee was better than other places we have stayed.

Our room was smaller than I anticipated but that was made up for with a great comfortable bed and pillows and fluffy bath towels.

I really enjoyed this location very convenient to where I was going. The staff here is amazing I give it a 10 out of 10

Check in was fast. Room was nice and clean, fridge and microwave in it. Breakfast was served to you to avoid touching and self served food was well covered. I really liked how breakfast was managed due to the Covid situation, keeping the precautions to serve a nice breakfast meal, not just cold options. You should use a face mask to walk around and the are hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. I would visit again and would recommend 100%
