First, the staff was kind, prodessional, and helpful. Next, I loved the location. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Also, the breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a lot of variety. The best and most important thing is that I felt safe and secure inside and outside the hotel. I loved that the handicapped parking was close to the entrance.

Just the breakfast buffet should include condiments or cold non-sugar drink items labeled and readily available. Also, breakfast times should be listed when making reservations. they wrote it on the keys envelope and verbally informed me, but I forgot.

Location was close to the hospital (spouse transported from out of state to Memorial). The check in process was speedy and the 2 girls working at the desk were AWESOME ! Laundry room was clean. Bed was very comfortable.. Pillows not so much (too soft .. just my preference)but doable. I would refer someone if asked.

The outside lights were shining directly on the bed area. . Curtains needed. The tub didn't drain. There was actually water still in there from midnight shower to 6 am shower. The room temp wasn't quite as cool as I'd like it. Issues but wouldn't stop me from staying there again if needed.

The staff was excellent! We came for a brief vacation and decided to stay away from the beach to avoid crowds and save money. The facility was clean, there was an excellent vending selection at the shop by the front desk, parking was easy, and anytime I had questions a staff member was happy to help.

The only inconvenient part of the stay was the slightly confusing roadways out to the beach. We did eventually get used to it, but heads up there for sure. The beds were a little too firm, but we were so tired from the days activities that it truly didn't make a difference for us.

The location was near everything and it was near our family so we didn't have to travel far from the hotel.

The grits were grainy, our room was comfortable but not that clean, especially in the bathroom. The lady that prepared the breakfast (Black lady with burgundy/red hair) had an attitude. Dont know why but there's room for improvement on her hospitality. We stayed for 2 days and both days she had an attitude. The window shade was off track, the bathtub floor was stained, there was debris on the bathroom floor and the room had a stale smell. I believe the carpet need to be shampooed.

We were really pleased with our room.The bed was very comfortable.We were pleased to have a room with a walk-in shower and it was located on the first floor.It was like home away from home.The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we go back to Jacksonville, we plan to stay there again.

ver clean!! I loved they had the glass door showers!! everyone was really nice& personable!! breakfast was good!! a lot of things to pick from!!

it was sunny out but the pool is located at the back of the building & it does not get that sunlight & it makes the pool super cold & it wasn’t as enjoyable for spring/pre summer weather .. the kids didn’t stay in long at all!!!

Lydia at the front desk was the nicest person I have ever met. She made sure our stay was spectacular. They offered me and my daughter breakfast even before the buffet style breakfast was open to others. She made sure we had whatever we needed or wanted. I would stay there again, just because of Lydia.

the location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly and treated us with good quality service

the pool is very small and the gym area is small as well. the rooms could be a little more cleaner and the breakfast could have been better and had more variety to choose from but it was good for the amount I paid.

The breakfast was great both mornings we were there. The room met and even exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful and accommodated our needs for extra pillows and towels at check-in. The location was perfect for doing things downtown without paying those rates.

I wish I could mention something but unfortunately we can't.

The bathroom door is too big for the bath space. Also, we had to find the sheets and pillows for the sofa bed in the lobby, I thought that would be in the room.
