Location was great and easy to get to.

It's obvious they are doing some renovations. But the reno is definitely not finished. Our bathroom door couldn't close all the way and the trim along the window sill was falling off. The biggest complaint would be the quality of the a/c system. It doesn't pull enough of the humidity out of the room. It's muggy and the floor throughout the room remains visibly damp unless you crank the temp way down. Housekeeping could use some improvements as well. Simple things were overlooked; wiping down the mirrors and the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned at all and coffee grounds from the previous occupant were still in the maker.

Location & pool

I was told to park in the back, but the door was blocked off so we had to walk around the whole building with all our luggage. Staff was rude, not only to guests but to each other. The only nice one was a younger girl who answered the phone when I called before arriving, & when I checked in. The older lady working with her was degrading her and talked superior to her for no reason. I didn’t like that!

Clean, friendly staff, conveniently located to restaurants, convenience stores, interstate. Good wifi, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, a/c was exceptionally cold. Pool looked super clean, but did not use during our stay.

A couple of things: bathroom door did not lock, bathroom fan did not work, deadbolt did not consistently lock. But all minor issues, the door lock and door block/bolt worked fine. Felt very safe there, so no real issues.

One of the only hotels I have ever stayed at that did not have coffee in the mornings. I left a hotel the morning before that cost considerably less and they had coffee not only in the morning but all night. I asked the manager and his reply was you have coffee in the rooms. Yes, but the other hotel had coffee in the rooms. When you need to get up and get going you don’t have time to brew coffee in the room. I know you may think this is a minor item to complain about but how many other hotels in your group does not serve coffee in the morning. This is a small item versus the cost of the rooms but something that can get your customers off to a better start to their day.

I like that the area everything was closed by no more than 10 to 30 minutes Drive I like the rooms they was very big and spacious the bed was very comfortable customer service was very great housekeeping was excellent the cleanliness was very very good me and my sister had a great weekend for Mother's Day we will be back soon

It was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel everything was great No complaint

We arrived very early in the day and were vacating a hotel nearby that was not up to standards for clean lodging. The staff was super friendly and had rooms clean and ready and allowed an early checkin at no additional charge. This hotel was a much better option for my son and I. I will not mention the nearby property by name, let’s just say there was nothing “extended” about our stay, we fled!!

The drainage in the bathroom tub and sink can be improved.

Good location , inside of city and lots of facility around On the back part of Marriott hotel in quite and safe place and easy access to freeway Very clean bed and updated interior Big hotel with goood facility from Fitness center , Laundry and etc Higher than my expectation and very goood value to price ratio. For sure choose it for next time

How about the only thing I didnt like was the tvs. There ancient they freeze and just add smart tv guys so I can watch apps instead of cable. Get with the time guys and upgrade your tvs other than that this place is amazing if you want a 5 star hotel my advice would be to upgrade your tvs thank you and thank you for having Love david 😀

The tv

The staff was awesome, the room were very comfortable, the location was close to a lot of things to do and shopping.

They did not have breakfast in the hotel, now breakfast area. The restaurant was nice (a bit pricy but nice). Take breakfast off the site or better explain that Breakfast is at the restaurant and not in the hotel.

From checkin to checkout, the process was smooth and quick. It was a comfortable stay with everything we needed. The room also had a mini fridge which was nice. I wish we knew ahead of time it had a mini fridge. I was unable to confirm it during booking while looking at the room details.

Everything was good except for one coackroach we spotted running across the TV stand.
