My only concern was that I was awakened at 2:30 AM to someone trying to enter my door. I had the security lock in place, so the entry was unsuccessful. When I inquired with the front desk at checkout, your employee shared that the guest in Room 213 right next to me was checking in. I said that I understood that was the case but I did not understand how their key was unable to unlock my door as I had checked that the door was locked several times before going to bed. I was alone and it clearly alarmed me to have the disturbance not knowing if it was a mistake or an intended entry to harm.

This hotel is located very close to the I-95 exit and off a side street amongst many other hotels in the area. Parking was nice and I especially liked the fact that the team member checking us in suggest we go around to the back to park because we had alot of luggage, and a dog. It was closer to the elevator too as we were on the top floor. There was plenty of grass for our dog to do her business as well as dog stations for disposal. I liked the hard floors in the room. It is much easier to keep clean as well as know it is clean especially for us pet owners. The room was very clean, updated and functional. Nothing was broken and the room, and the hotel itself appears well maintained. I saw numerous workers during our stay there. The maids were some of the best I have encountered at these type of hotels. They came every day, and we did not have to guess if they would be doing our room, nor did we have to go find new towels or take our trash. While many hotels have adopted a "sustainability policy" which is great it means that in other hotels we have stayed we often have to get rid of our own trash, go find towels or ask that the carpet be vacuumed... but was not the case here. Despite the crowds of young athletes during our stay, the breakfast area was constantly monitored, and items added as necessary. The breakfast area is large but I did notice they ran out of seating at the 8 o'clock hour during the weekend. The rooms were also soundproofed against outside noises except for the hallway. The beds were comfortable and the pillows fluffy. There are fast food restaurants in the area on the main road but the Cracker Barrel is directly across from the hotel.

Minor annoyances ... the tv was not on a swivel so we had to physically move it for viewing in the other queen size bed, the shower head does not bend or swivel and not that powerful, and basic free Wi-FI was for only getting emails etc. If you want something faster you have to pay. Additionally, the convenience store in the front lobby was a little overpriced. Bring your own snacks, water, etc. There are no close stores other than gas stations in the area.

I loved the location! Several food choices within walking distance and not far from downtown. I appreciate the check-in clerk keeping it 100 and letting us know that some of the surrounding hotels rented to less than savory patrons, and it was not a good idea to walk around at night. Hotel smelled nice and was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable; the ac worked like a charm. Would stay again.

My biggest complaint is the tub/shower. It is very smooth, making it extremely slippery. I slipped but managed to grab the handicap bar to keep from falling. Still almost fell several times after. I finally just put a towel down on the inside of tub to create a textured surface to keep from slipping. The shower head was awful as well. Low water pressure coupled with a rotating head with no real good stream option made for annoying shower experiences. We requested a late checkout because someone called our room at 8am and it was hard for us to go back to sleep. We were told no.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of selections and different on second day

I walked into a glass wall because it was half of what i thought was an open door. I move slowly so only got a bump on my forehead. Had I been walking faster it would not have been so minor. One employee said she had not had anyone else report any problems. another confirmed that other had walked into it. All they needed was a potted plant in front of this clear panel.

That there were not enough carts and/or kept in people's rooms to use when arriving and leaving. Someone had to go look for one for me in arriving but there was one upon leaving. I am older and travel with my dogs and always have to have more than I can carry in. It is almost always an issue when traveling. After a long ride is nice not to have a concern about a cart and just to get to the room and relax a bit. When you all are older you will understand.

Clean, color combinations restful, room furnishings very well thought out, good amount of electric plugs, nice range of amenities, really hot water and quickly available; close to several main roads, but tucked back in a nice quiet area; plenty of parking

Not enough luggage carts - only 2, and guests hoard those 2 in their rooms for the night

The facility was clean and well lit at night. The staff was courteous and helpful. I asked for and received a noon checkout instead of 11. The kids loved the pool. The landscaping is done very well. There was a restaurant that we could walk to. The free breakfast was good.

The room air conditioner was noisy. It rattled as it ran. I considered ear plugs.

. I liked the location and the breakfast was good. Waffles, Sausage, Eggs,Cereal, fruit, juice and coffee etc was great. There were many places to eat in this area. Hotel was really clean.

The only thing I don't like were how hard the beds were. We were able to to maintain though. Overall a great stay

Breakfast was ok but there's always room for improvement.

The tub needs to upgraded and there's no need for rugs. Rugs hold too many odors and it doesn't matter how often they are cleaned especially when they are old.

The breakfast was somewhat limited.. Not everyone eats Turkey sausage. possibly add some type of potatoes to the menu. Also I will be staying here for an extended time October 18-21 A better rate would be great.
