love everything about the property, clean and quit

a shirt came missing when house keeping came in one day. was a white shirt That could’ve easily been mistaken as sheets. It was a silky dress shirt it was never found in 100% sure that we had it in the room. Resolve that we just didn’t have housekeeping come back in for the rest of the week other than that our stay was wonderful.

The room was big, the bed very comfortable. Variety at Breakfast-Buffet was ideal for us. Right next to hotel a Mc Donalds and Red Lobster Restaurant. It took us only 20 Min by car to Miami Beach.

The sofabed wasn’t prepared, we had to do it on our own, and it wasn’t comfortable, matrasse very thin.

we had at the beginning of our stay some problems with the room¨s air conditioners..it was seen to rapidly..and we had problems with housekeeping because we were not adviced to the fact that you had to request the service due to the covid issue-

The beds were too high and too soft for me personally. I used the sofa bed and all the pillows for sleeping. the selection of programming on the TV was terrible, mostly sports and politics. Not my personal preferences.

The property was centrally located around all kinds of restaurants and stores. The employees were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The toilets are TOOOO low!!! There is no television in the sitting area.

At check out the front desk guy was very helpful. I had a personal problem and he showed patience and professionalism. I am very grateful for his assistance.

I liked the staff. The front desk guy at check i was humorous, informative and friendly. The location is great for my needs. It's a good place to stay.

Generally I was happy with the hotel, the staff and the location. Instead of the buffet breakfast, there was a "grab & go" arrangement which contained a good variety to suit all tastes.

One of the elevators was out of service while there and given the occupancy of the hotel, there were delays in being able to move around. This was a very small matter. No reflection on the property.

Very helpful staff. Spacious room with good amenities. Clean and comfortable, with room cleaning service on demand or every 5 days, rather than the bothersome daily routine. Perfect location for the personal matters I was attending to, especially due to proximity to local expressways, restaurants, and shopping malls.

It was a bit pricey, but not so much as to outweigh the benefits. A few very minor details in the room were in need of maintenance and or repair, but nothing of great significance - more aesthetics than anything else.

Good location, they serve hot breakfast in the morning. staff were friendly.

The gym equipment was old. The public bathroom on the first floor didn’t have soap.

It was a very clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice american breakfast, just exactly what I needed

If you add more facilities the price will go up, and thats what make it perfect the way it is right now.
