This hotel is in a great location. Shopping and restaurants close by. The breakfast is good (eggs, sausage, cereal, toast). The room was small but the bed was so comfy!! The room was clean and so was the rest of the building.

The room was small and the lighting (mirror) was hot, not great for putting on make-up. The elevator is a little slow.

Nice breakfast variety with ham and eggs scrambled and hot, breakfast cereal options, yogurt and muffins packaged. Oatmeal. Several orange/apple juice. 2% milk. Have coffee out all day for you to get but won't always be hot. And they have creamer packets and even some tea. Controllable ac and hat in each room that sticks out from the wall :) Big windows. Staff helpful. Small gym area with two treadmills only but full length mirrors and full length mirror in room of sleeping as well. Nice sink lighting.

The guests coughed ok EVERYTHING. It seemed to be a city in general where people don't care to ough on you, but masks should be obligated to be worn while going up to the food! 3 people coughing was the first thing I noticed before I walked in the breakfast doors... Too close quarters for that! Shower curtains seem somewhat outdated, but thimaybhabe just gotten used to amother style.

The location and the price cannot be beaten. It is located near freeway and plenty of shops, including a good price range of restaurants and, of course, locations to get your cuban cafecito. The breakfast provided is good and the staff is very helpful. More specifically, Juan, at the desk, is superb. He is very welcoming and helpful, always trying to make one feel comfortable. In fact, as a repeat customer top this location, I've seen other guests making time to stop and say hi to Juan. He knows I go to Kendall to visit my elderly mother, and he always (seriously) ask about my mom. Anyway, I've been staying at this location for many years now.

My favourite hotel in Miami.. it has been probably my 5th stay in this property and definitely I book it again next time I come to MIA. Tasty breakfast, good coffe and juice, comfy rooms, I really like The Palms Inn so much! Walking distance to Publix and other stores.. they provide packages receiving, always helpful at the reception. Like the vibe in the hotel... Sure, If you want swimming at Miami Beach, this is not the solution... otherwise, the hotel is the best base for your trips in/around Miami - the Highway is so close.

Good (and free) breakfast, and it changed daily. (We were there for four nights, so appreciated the change.) Our room was clean, and included a larger-than-typical refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The WiFi worked well and consistently. It's next to a large outdoor shopping mall where you can find just about anything you need a short walk away.

- There's only one elevator for the four floors (of about 25 rooms each). And it's a sloooow elevator, so we'd have to sometimes wait 5 or more minutes for a ride. - The in-room A/C was very effective, but also quite loud. - The sliding windows are disabled from opening, which is a pity.

The hotel is good location in terms of travelling, it is outside of the city, however good access to highways to town, airport, Everglades, Fort Lauderdale or Key West. Safe parking and usually enough places even if you arrive late. There are shopping center by walking distance, also some groceries and restaurants. The rooms were a bit weared, but still ok, beds and pillows were confy enough. There was mid-size refrigerator in the room. We used stairs and not elevator. Staff was friendly. WiFi was working fine. There was outside pool as well, but not much used. Starbucks is 2 miles by car. No street noise in the room. It was good value for the money for this stay.

Breakfast was very-very basic & tasteless, pictures are much better then reality, some eggs, porridge w/o any taste. Coffee also very lean - so please be prepared if you stay longer. In some mornings some basic food missing, like yoghurt, cheese or fruits. Hotel room doors were rather thin - you could hear anyone talking in hallway or in neighbor rooms, if you want to have full silence then you need to look elsewhere, for us it was not a problem (arrived late and leaved early). Some electrical plugs were not working.

I loved everything about it! My mother and I were there for few days and we loved our visit! When we first arrived, there was a bit of an issue with the booking I made, the representative was so wonderful and helpful! The staff provided an outstanding and professional service! I love the view we had from our room! The bed was very comfortable, I always had a hard time falling asleep but from the time I stayed, I fell asleep in seconds. I love the showerhead, from the different hotels and places I have stayed, this is top-tier! I would love to buy it on Amazon because the showers felt relaxing! Our room was very clean! Oh, my favorite part was the breakfast! I love how fresh and delicious the breakfast was! My mother and I enjoy our stay! It was a wonderful experience and very lovely! We would love to come back soon!!!

Newly renovated, clean and very comfortable hotel. This stay was with my husband, family and friends who attended our daughter's wedding, which was held nearby. The Manager Louis, Asst. Manager Luis, front desk personnel and staff were extremely nice and accommodating to fit our family's needs. Allowed us to use the breakfast area at night for a pre-wedding family gathering. We had over 20 rooms in all at the hotel. We promised to clean it up as if we were never there. All jumped in to help. A fantastic stay, five stars all the way:)

Everything was perfect for us!

The room was amazing and very clean, there were no issues. I loved the breakfast waffles with some nice milk, and then there were eggs and biscuit also cereals of good quality (e.g Frosted Flakes) . The location was close to many restaurants from medium expense to low expense. There’s Chili’s which they did amazing with the steaks, and then a boba place that has become my new spot for the future (DABOBA is the name). This was an awesome experience definitely worth going with a partner or family. There is also a mall called town and country which has a gym and a few hidden goodie spots like Z ramen etc and shops like dicks sporting goods and forever 21. very well place to stay when traveling. Don’t let the outside fool you it’s what’s in the inside.

There’s only one thing that I didn’t like but it’s a very small detail. There was no cheese or condiments for the eggs. So they were plain and I’m not sure if the biscuits were supposed to be toasted or something but they were definitely a bit on the warm to room temp.

The room had everything we needed. It was centrally located for us. We were close to friends that lived nearby and there were restaurants and businesses nearby if we needed anything. The room was clean and the staff did a great job even with all our stuff around to maintain it every day. We were there for 9 nights. The included breakfast was lovely with a few hot options, which I really appreciated. My husband loved the waffle maker and made good use of it. There were always Eggs, a potato dish option and usually meat (sausage or harm etc). There was oatmeal with lots of options to top it off. Several other bread options. Juices, coffees, tea...plenty to choose from. The pool was very clean and well maintained and for us very quiet when we used it. There was an area for sitting outside which we didn't utilize but was lovely and there is a beautiful area there for walking along the water with a little bridge. It connected to other restaurants and businesses. Great place for a little early morning walk. This hotel may be a little dated in some areas but the staff are outstanding. From rushing out with an umbrella for us during a rainstorm to mailing some postcards for us. I loved their genuine vibe of care and concern for their guests. We would absolutely stay at The Palm Inn and Suites again. Thank you for such a positive experience.

My husband would have liked a few weights in the work out room but that's on him. Silly man for working out while on vacation :)
