It was next door to Snappers restaurant. Could sit outside our room and hear the music nightly. Nice outdoor bar at Snappers. Also like that the pool was opened 24/7

It is out dated but they are currently remodeling. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Location. Paul on staff was very friendly and helpful.

Used a temporary room on the first night because another customer had taken our late arrival envelope and used the room/towels/bed. We were discounted $70 but it should have been a full night refund for the inconvenience. If a custome is arriving late it’s probably because of a five hour drive like we had so not ready for such inconvenience. The rooms are tired and in need of decoration. Whoever thought it was a good idea to paint the chrome taps etc black, needs to see how they look now as the paint peels. The shower tap spins beyond the hot position taking you to cold. Tile grout in the bathroom is dirty at floor level, the disabled seat is broken and sits only a foot from the floor. Safe didn’t work, balcony door didn’t lock.

The location was great. The setting was beautiful- on a cove. The pool was nice and conveniently located. The perks of free bike, kayak, canoe, ping pong and cornhole were wonderful! Snappers restaurants and bar is next door and convenient.

The spa needed to be warmer. The facility is undergoing renovation away from where the visitors are housed. Once the renovations are completed, the facility will be top notch. The staff was so very friendly!

Had a great location at far end of building on third floor with water on two sides and great views. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and open patio near room overlooking the harbor, great for stargazing and enjoyment of local music across the harbor, We had a Great Horned Owl perched on a platform outside our window. I was able to find a private spot on the water (no beach) to relax and read in the shade.

Would have loved a bigger window at far end to enjoy ocean view from bed and rest of room. Construction going on under main building, making it hard to locate office, etc. Looked like still fixing hurricane damage. Parking challenging with messy dirt area due to some rain; limited parking under the building. Would have gone kayaking but the equipment didn't look to be in good condition.

The place is beautiful with nice views of the water. There is a restaurant next store that has live music (at least on the weekends) so you can listen to it while sitting around the pool and it doesn't go late (think it ended at 10:00 pm). The pool and hot tub are very nice and were very clean -- and, they ae open 24 hours. We caught a late night dip after dinner one night and another family came down with younger kids who were loving the fact they could swim at night. The breakfast is good and there is a really nice view of the water from the balcony outside the breakfast room. If you talk to the staff, they can tell you about parking spaces if it gets crowded -- that place was sold out and we had no problem despite arriving home after midnight one night. And. in terms of the room, the facilities and the location, this place was a really good value for the price. We will come back when we visit the Keys again.

Location very good, right next door to Snappers Restaurant. Used the bicycles, kayaks and corn hole. Enjoyed listening to the guitarist at Snappers while sitting around the pool/jacuzzi area at the hotel. The staff were super accomodating. Pool and jacuzzi open 24/7.

Not the hotels's fault because of the heat we are having in May but the pool was extremely warm. Would have been nice if breakfast was served earlier than 7:30 A.M.

I fell in love with Dove Creek as soon as I entered my apartment: it was fully equipped and very comfortable, from the living room, to the bathroom, then the bedroom, like living in my own house. And what an Amazing view from the different levels! The first night, a Big White Moon was in the sky, reflecting its light on the Ocean, and there were some thunders very far, which made the scene surreal.

I'm sure we found the best value for our dollars by staying here. The room we stayed in was very neat and clean, and the location was perfect for what we wanted.

The breakfast was not good. The minimal selections of cheap items were not tasty, and no one working at the hotel was in attendance to answer questions, clean, refresh and replenish, etc. during breakfast hours.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Conveniently located to different things to do. Room was clean, spacious. Having a screened porch was nice. Had bikes, kayaks and fishing rods to use. Wonderful restaurant next door.

Nothing really. It appeared that they were repairing/rebuilding one section but didn't really affect us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The place is beautiful but it is in construction. I am sure it will be much better after renovation is completed.

The breakfast room was a bit messy and didn't have enough plates and utensils. Breakfast tasted great though and there was a big selection of choices.
