The property was great so was the staff. The breakfast was top shelf. Enjoyed our stay

I was upset they took the total of my stay out again so they had over $1000.00 of my money and I didn’t get the extra $552.01 back till we checked out needless to say I wasn’t happy

I loved breakfast the first day (waffle, cheese omelet, sausage patty) but not as much the second day. The waffle, scrambled eggs and sausage were OK but the potatoes were quite disappointing.

The front desk employees could not give me directions both to find the hotel when I called on the phone from my car and to the highway I needed find for my trip home (two different employees).

Staff was friendly and it was clean

Beds were hard, we had to track down towels. No one cleaned our room for the week. Breakfast foods were not that good. Eggs were terrible ( very fake tasting) I think they could fo better on the breakfast

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is well maintained, quiet and convenient to restaurants.

Pricing is getting too high and it is scam like when trying to book online while on the road. Prices go up as you change screens or if you hesitate or check other hotels rates. Also notice prices go up as you get closer to the prospective hotel or later in the day. Consumers don't like to be jerked around when dealing with any business.

Kareesh, Paulina, David and Tom ~ all Wonderful. They really do go out of their way to accommodate me as best they can. We Love the King Suites [Studios]. I think this is the "just right" environment and amenities within a competitive rate. The beds are always more comfortable than one might expect. We often say 'no more nights'... and then end up adding a few 'just 'cuz!' :D

Some rooms have tended to be a little musty [depending on the system] when we walked in, and some of the tubs are a little narrow, with the awkward placement of built-in soap dishes, for an average-sized person to shower. HOWEVER ~ water pressure is amazing, and massage setting will peel the chrome off your car bumper!!

The breakfast was good. The service at the front desk was excellent. I was surprised that I had to request the room to be cleaned and ask for towels

To have the room cleaned and fresh linens and towels when the do not disturb sign is not on the door

More variety and selection at breakfast would be nice.

Parking is challenging when there's a fishing derby in town and the parking lot is crowded with boat trailers.
