I had booked and paid for a room in my name. The room was for my daughter, her husband and their two children, six-year-old, and one year-old. They sent me an email to give my daughter permission to use the room, but the email would not go through. Rather than taking verbal authorization, they told her that she would not be able to get into the room. They had been driving all day and were hoping to refresh themselves before going out for the evening instead they had to leave and come back later in order to get into the room. This situation could’ve been remedied over the phone, which I tried to do but the staff there would not allow it.

Nicely appointed with fun theme elements. Staff was very helpful. Nice bar at hotel and great proximity to Wolgang Puck restaurant next door and Brownwood town center.

Room was unusually damp even for Florida and with AC running. Duvet too heavy. Please provide a lighter alternative as an option. Music in pool area competing with music from Puck restaurant fining patio. Surely, you guys can reach some agreement on that.

Facility and staff were great

Not being able to access ESPN college football on TV was not good. Room needed blankets. Old couples have different “thermostats “! Accessible rooms were as far from the elevators as possible-last room on the hall. That doesn’t make much sense.

Everything was just perfect. It is in an amazing neighborhood. The staff were warm and inviting. The facility was and well maintained. And the decor was very unique and almost comforting in a way.

Nothing. It was all perfect!

We lost one of our bags and the person at the front deck was really nice and really tried to help us find it. Roger, who was the nighttime Security person Bent over backwards to try and find it. Sfer a few hours the cleaning team found it and turned it into Security/lost and found, who emediately called us to come and pick it up. We were so relieved. Awesome job on taking care of the customers.

We enjoyed the staff and the "Cowboy Chic" of the entire hotel. It was beautifully decorated and designed not to mentioned pridefully maintained. Any issues or concerns were handled quickly by the staff and without a second thought. We were made to feel welcomed and important as anyone else. The sheets and duvet covers were so soft and comfortable that I ordered a set for my own house! Paula was our bartender who was able to make some great drinks that were not on their every day menu. In the morning we were treated to breakfast which included buffet, waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes and a variety of fruits.

There was nothing that we could think of. Any issues we had were handled quickly by the staff and was nothing negative against the hotel itself.

Beautiful hotel with great decor. I love the horse and cow themes. Nice showers and pool area. The pool was lovely and salty. Beautiful lobby! I loved the high ceilings in our room. The beds had the softest sheets. Nice showers and makeup mirror!

Not much to do around the hotel, and the breakfast and food nearby was pricey.

Location, staff, comfortable bed

As a women there is no lighting to put makeup on in the bathroom. I had to bring my makeup to the window and put it on with my tiny mirror I brought. Very dark bathroom.

Didn't have the breakfast, as it was $22. Location was fine for what it was needed for.

Fridge was small - probably too small. Just big enough for drinks and no snacks. Not enough bedding - it was freezing in the room. Comforter wasn't thick enough.

I did not eat breakfast because I do not like buffet breakfasts--too expensive and I will eat too much

Upon checkout, staff member right in front of me ignored me, finished that call and took another call and proceeded to talk to that person for several minutes--she should have put that person on hold while she checked me out of my room. I was in a rush and was inconvenienced by her making me wait, she whispered I'll send you your bill in an email. Not exactly great customer service.
