We arrived early and Martha and William were very kind, helpful and stored our luggage safely until it was time to check in. They were fully booked and still got us in easily and early (we explored the town while we waited). The room was clean and big and the bed was comfy. Very easy location to catch an Uber/Lyft to MCO to head home early the next morning (we prebooked ours) . Highly recommend this hotel especially for the budget, and location to many nearby sites. Arriving at hotel did not give me a nice and warm welcome. Hotel was already quite some years old. That was unavoidable not to observe. However the staff was extremely helpful. That made up for a great deal of this strange feeling I had. Hotel was next to the Interstate and only 15 miles from the Kennedy Space Center. Next to hotel there was a variety of gas stations, shops and restaurants. Parking space was free and spacious and enough places. The hotel itself was clean, but taking the stairs one could see that these stairs had not seen a vacuum cleaner for many, many years. The hotel room was a one could expect. Clean and the internet was perfect. The bathroom was OK, but already quite old, had never been renovated since they opened the hotel. Breakfast was typically US, wafles, bagles, cream cheese, coffee and an incredibly unpleasant sweet orange juice. Again, the ladies of the staff were the cherry on this experience I had at La Quinta in Mebourne, Florida , USA. Would I return, sure, the price quality was excellent the room itself was clean and, location perfect ! And as said before, the staff was one of the best I ever got to know !!

Old hotel and the stair case behind the elevator should be vacuumed once in a while. The breakfast area was very elemantary.

Desk clerks were all pleasant and efficient. Room was neat and clean.

The hours for the breakfast were way too short, 7-9 each day...... Checkout isn't until 12:00 noon, we wanted to sleep in a bit on Sunday. At 8:55 the breakfast lady was removing food!! We literally had to grab food before she took it all away, even though she said there was no rush! The time should be extended or at least let the people who are there eating finish before removing the remaining food. She even closed the curtain and we were behind it....

Great location centrally located around EVERYTHING. 15 mins to the beach, 2 mins to the highway, hospital in less than half a mile which wS also great as we learned by having to go to the er while there. Staff was wonderful!! Pool was awesome!! I will definitely be staying there again every year when I go on my vacation there!! Excellent price for the benefits!

The only thing I was disappointed in was the continental breakfast they offer. I wish they had switched it up some or at least had more options. We were there a week so eating the same thing daily got a little old. But there is a cracker barrel right next door in walking distance to go to. And the milk was out of date. But other than that I can't say anything bad about our stay!!!!!

Liked room and the location of the hotel Staff were great and helpful Check in was a breeze

The only real issue was we got down to breakfast close to closing time and most of the prepared food was gone. May want to advise your guests to get there early if they want prepared food

For the location to have a continental breakfast, they had a good selection in my opinion. Waffle maker, bagels, sausage links, egg & cheese omelettes, juice dispenser w/ apple & orange juice.

The fridge in the room could've been cleaned out a little better.

The staff was AMAZING!! Anything we needed, they were there to help! Teresa in breakfast area, Willie in maintenance, (all around hotel king), Martha, Ashley, June at front desk ALL GREAT FOLKS!!! Continental breakfast was good, and great location.Room was clean! Would stay here again!!!

Only thing I would say, is need more outlets.

The location was great; less than 10 minutes to our primary destination of Space Coast Sports Complex. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Ice machines on three floors that always had ice. Circle K convenience store a one minute walk from hotel. Close to I-95 for travel up and down the coast. 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach.

Not enough a/c outlets. Zero USB ports. Room could use an update but I want to be clear that the room was clean and everything worked.

Location was great, very near the airport and gas station and Walmart within walking distance. Staff were lovely especially breakfast staff.

Quite dated and perhaps needs a lick of paint. Definitely not enough room at breakfast time for guests. No balcony which wasn't the best, but close enough to go outside.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable but small.

Need to upgrade to queen size beds for more room for two sharing a bed. Had a lot of trouble with having hot water.
