I am a repeat customer. I stay here every time I come to Cocoa Beach. It is one of the best values for the money, and in a very good location relative to beach access points that are very good. I don't really care about ocean views, or a lot of extra amenities, so this place is perfect to lay my head or take a swim after a long day doing things away from the room. The continental breakfast is good too.

The key fob / door opening mechanisms struggle to work many times. Might be worth updating them in the future.

The breakfast was okay. The waffles were popular. It is a neat historical motel with Cape Canaveral 8 miles down the A1A. The pool was refreshing and was cleaned each morning.

It is a dated motel, but in a good location on the A1A. The problem for us was there was no elevator. We are seniors and schlepping our luggage up a flight of stairs after a long day of driving and in the heat and humidity wasn't fun. Normally, motels and hotels have elevators so we didn't ask, even when checking in, if there was an elevator. When checking in or when booking the room and you are seniors, ask for a ground floor room.

the room, pool, grounds and parking lot were clean. good location, plenty of options. The Hut ice cream shop down the block amazing. Great value for the price. Beds were comfortable.

absolutely no early check in on a Monday unless you pay a $20 fee. it didnt seem like the hotel was full so not sure why we couldnt check in early and utilize the pool and get ourselves settled in for our stay. breakfast as good, would have been nice to have plates for the eggs and waffles rather than boats to eat out of. bathroom qas tiny could hardly close the door with the toilet. showers could be undated.

Great hotel if you need to stay for a short period of time and can get the room for the reasonable price. May not worth the high price during pick season. Also for long stay the room might be too small and you need to keep the blinds closed all the time as people are passing by and see everything in your room. Our room was clean and well renovated. The location is very close to the beach, you need to walk just couple of minutes. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. The breakfast was good. Nothing special but enough selection to keep you going for the day.

Tiny bathroom, however clean and everything worked well. We were on the second floor. Some stairs had a lot of standing water because some AC was leaking. Our shoes got really wet on one of them.

The staff have always been so nice and accommodating. The pool is absolutely beautiful. We so enjoy time at the pool just like time at the beach. The convenience to the beach is so short. It's always a pleasure.

The pillows were not comfortable and I had to co.plain that my metal frame on the bedwas very loud and sleep was difficult but I fixed it so it was better. Otherwise it was great. This was our 5th year staying there and we will stay again. The price did go up quite a bit where a hotel on the beach was comparable

Close to cruise ports. Clean. Quite.

Staff member young lady. Very rude but yet kept smiling as if not to seem rude. But she was very rude. Our toilet in the bathroom was so big when you open the door you had to push it hard to get it past the toilet bowl to get in. Large gap under door so we rolled a towel and crammed it under so no creatures could join us. Breakfast was hmmmph very waterery eggs. Boiled sausage links. I was charged two $52 deposits which 5 days later now still has been released to my account. Along with charge for a shuttle that we didn't take in total $154 still waiting to be refunded. When I asked a shrug and "oh yeah the computer glitches like that sometimes"

We stay here 3 or 4 tomes a year. Always nice. We like that there is a bar right there. No worries of drinking and driving

The room was very well maintained and decorated in style. The bed was comfortable, and the bath facilities were good, with good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and check in and out was easy and fast. We were heading for a cruise. We stay in La Quinta because it is a very good hotel and we like how close it is to the cruise ship terminals. A little extra fact is that it was opened by astronauts from the 60's that made space history. We were teens when they first went into space.

We sleep a little late an always miss the hotels supplied breakfast.

I like the location. It's close to the beaches and has a Denny's next door with a great menu, friendly staff and great food. The hotel has a large pool and restaurant on site. It's also close to Patric Air Force Base, Port Canaveral and Cape Canaveral.

I have no complaints. Everything was great. This is my eighth year staying at this hotel when I need to travel on business to Cape Canaveral. Great rates and friendly service.
