We found it was very clean and the essentials were fine. All staff was very accommodating and friendly. Exceptionally clean, good beds, linens, pillows, well stocked with towels, toiletries, dishes, glassware, utensils, sink, cabinets, stove with oven, small fridge, air conditioner, outdoor tables, chairs, grills for use, sun umbrellas and quite quiet. Plus a private access to a great beach just 50 yards away. Good beach view too from the room. We saw two launches from the Space center practically outside our door. We're hope to get a better room next time we stay.

The room was very outdated and was not typical of most of the room pictures online. HOWEVER, with all the positives we decided to stay and hope to get a better room next time. time we go.

Location, price, staff, and clean room. Very prompt in replying to my message before arrival and accommodated our late check in. Also held an item for us till we got back from our cruise. Lovely beach just steps from our room. Found some great shells. Would stay here again!

Nothing really..A previous review stated stove had rust. Ours did have a little rust on it but nothing major. Dishes and pans were available for use in room.

Staff exceptional, location; right in your backyard and easy access, nice picnic area for meals and although a bit outdated the place was clean.

Obviously it is an older property and could use some updates. If you are nostalgic for the old days, this is your place, wood paneling, in unit air conditioning units can easily transport you back to a time where going to the beach was a "big" deal.

Location was amazing. Price was exceptional for location. My beach musts are direct beach access and a rinse off station. They had both. Loved the laid back, vintage vibe of the grounds. I appreciate places that update older motels rather than tearing them down . That being said, it was an older motel with older amenities but all nicely kept and cleaned. Rooms were comfy and clean. Front desk was helpful and kind. Motel felt safe. My friend and I travel alone a lot. Being two young women we sometimes find that the cheaper motels are kinda sketchy. Felt completely safe here the entire time. Will definitely be back!

I adore this vintage hotel! Our room was spacious and bright, super comfortable beds. I love the common area and the fact that you can just walk out onto the grass to a BBQ, the swing, or the beach! And being able to sit out in the warm evening air and just listen to the waves was incredible. Coming from Canada this was a unique experience and I loved it! Easy walking distance to town and the restaurants. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

While I understand that people are free to smoke outdoors, being neighbors to a couple who also wanted to sit out but smoke in the evening was not ideal for me. Wish there was a designated smoking area away from the rooms. But again, where I live, this is not allowed and I understand that the USA has different regulations.

Location was fantastic, lovely beach, walking distance to a cluster of bars and restaurants, particularly Coconuts on the Beach. It was exactly as we expected an old Florida beachfront room to be, but as a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 2 sitting areas and spacious closets, it's great value for a family. The value is exceptional for beachfront. There's only one 2-bedroom - the others are single rooms.

Don't expect a modern hotel-like experience - it's more like a comfy family apartment. We don't know about the single rooms. If you're going for a rocket launch, you'll want to stay further north or drive up and park closer.

They sent us a message what to do in such case, but finding a reception place was hard. thankfully we met some of the other guests and they told us where to go (some signs point out where reception is would be nice). n the morning we went to check out, it was 8.45a.m. and the reception was still closed!!! Somebody opened the door when we rang the bell

The location couldn't be better. The room was very clean and comfortable. I love the smaller mom and pop hotels, and this did not disappoint. If you are looking for big and fancy, go elsewhere. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, and made me feel at home. Everything you could need was either in walking distance, or a few miles. Beachfront, beachfront, beachfront 🥰

I didn't like the size of refrigerator, and freezer. For someone who eats in, it's not enough space. Just a small suggestion, a small table outside with the chairs at room would be nice.

The location was wonderful. Just a short walk onto the beach. The room was somewhat clean. Could tell the floor in the bathroom was not mopped well because of the outline where the trashcan was. The beds were comfortable! View from my room was not pleasant. Looked onto the parking lot on one side and straight into a banana tree on the other. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would go back. They should provide more information on leaving policy. No key drop for early departure and since I had borrowed a blow dryer, I was one hour later departing, because I thought I had to wait on the office to open. Departure instructions are important if you want to leave before 9:30 am!

The unit was old but very clean overall. I could tell that the bathroom had not been mopped properly, but overall everything was good. Departure instructions should be available upon arrival. A key drop would be great! Don't like leaving the door open and the key in the room or in the door because I do not want to be responsible should someone else enter and break or take something that I would then be charged for.

We stayed for one night on our way to Kennedy Space Center (30 min drive). When we checked in, the manager was very friendly. She upgraded our room to an ocean view. There is a private entrance to the beach. The room was small, but very clean. The beds were comfy. When we checked out in the morning, the manager remembered my name. You won’t get that kind of service at a big hotel!

The temperature control in the shower was awful. It would start out warm then switch immediately to cold then immediately to scalding hot. It was very diffident to find the “sweet spot”. It was hard for my kids to take a shower because the water temp kept changing.
