nice rooms , great breakfast.

the cruise ports are less than a mile away and the hotel charges 20 a person to take their shuttle even if u pay to keep your car in their lot. it should be included in the stay . our group would of been 80.00 for a less than a mile ride. no thankyou

Husband fell on a cruise so we had to stay a few days unexpected. Staff was so accommodating and so very helpful. If we needed anything they were on top of it. I only wish that we could have used all that the hotel has to offer. Breakfast was good I was able to bring my husband a plate. I only wish that Breakfast offered a bigger gluten free selection. But at least they had chex cereal, so I had a bowl each day. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we go on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. I couldn't thank the staff enough. More gluten free options for breakfast

Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast the next morning and it was excellent! We used hotel transportation to Port to get on a cruise. It was not clear to other guests that they needed to wait for the bus taking them to their specific port. Several Carnival cruisers tried to board our Royal Bus. We also had extra Royal passengers due to them not paying attention the the time they were scheduled to catch the bus. The bus was very crowded but thankfully it was a short trip to the cruise port.

Need signs and designated waiting areas indicating which ship/bus you are waiting for, e.g. Carnival line, Royal Caribbean line etc.

The room was clean and updated. The pool was lovely and breakfast delicious. When we arrived they were having a social hoir with free tacos and chocolate cookies. Great location for visiting the Kennedy Space center and cocoa beach. It is really well located for port cruise ships. For a family of 4, we appreciated having the 3 beds and extra space.

When then hotel is full there is a bit if a queue for the breakfast. The breakfast time stops at 9am during the weekdays and we would have preferred it being open later so that we could sleep in more.

Very good breakfast selection. Very pleased with your staff especially Karla. We came in early because we were between two cruises and she suggested we not wait for a room. Instead she advised us that room 116on the main floor was available and would be easier for us since we were travelling with mobility scooters. And she was right. Much easier than trying to use an elevator. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was great.

Did not like that the safe is located on a shelf on the floor. Very difficult for seniors to bend down to reach it. Suggest you move them to the cupboard locations.

Very clean, room great 2 king beds. Bathroom was great,, separate room for shower,, separate room for toilet. Staff is very friendly. Had dinner at the restaurant, very good, not overpriced at all. Very close to port, booked shuttle to Port, $10 per person, but very organized. Had spots reserved for time we asked for. Very smooth, shuttle service arrived on time and dropped off to several piers. Make sure to reserve your time as soon as you check-in!

Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Location good for cruise terminals.

Breakfast was poor and badly organised. Food not replenished quickly enough and tables not cleared. Breakfast closed exactly at 9:30 without any warning being issued to diners. Staff seemed disinterested or not able to cope. Not good value for money.

Excellent location close to Kennedy Space Center. Breakfast fantastic. Self service Laundry on our floor.

Billed three times initially on my credit card. This showed up after our visit. I telephoned the hotel and was informed that two charges were pending and would be removed/refunded. I was however emailed two separate bills/invoices? Next time we visit I'll pay cash.

The rooms were clean and smelled good 👍, the breakfast was amazing 👏 😋 and we were 20 minutes from our destination for the day, staff was a little forced to be happy it seemed . There are not many smiles going on.

Didn't dwell on the negative and only stayed overnight

The breakfast was top tier for hotel breakfast! Also, check in was less than 30 seconds, which was amazing after the rental nightmare that delayed us 45 minutes at the airport.

The bed sheets had a couple stains. The hot tub needed attention.
