Room was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Nice showers. Grounds & pool were nice. Covered parking was convenient, no hot car to get into. Short walk to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We ate sushi at the Pier62, it was good. Will visit this hotel again. We recommend!

Our room was on the second floor, glimpse of ocean visible beoynd the bushes, no sight of beach. Higher floors have better views. Our room was near the elevators, during the night we could hear all the traffic and people talking (thin windows).

Awesome view of ocean. Personable staff. Had nice recreation room. Played billiards. Nice pool. Room was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bed. Covered free parking. Updated flooring. Plenty of storage. Black out drapes.

Couch needs replacing due to being dirty. Baseboards need replacing due to old paint and marked up. Makes room look dirty, though it is not. Lighting fixtures in bathrooms are much too bright. A lot of heat from old style hot bulbs should be updated with warm LED's.

The resort has on site amenities, rentals, restaurant. The location is perfect with enough within walking distance to keep you busy. The condos are spacious and stocked. Easy beach access.

We ended up on a lower floor this visit, we didn’t much of an ocean view, it was blocked by the vegetation. Luckily it was a short stay this time and we didn’t spend much time in the room.

The location was perfect… Close to the beach. Good view of the water from our 2nd floor balcony. Higher floors would definitely have a better view. Loved that we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and lots of space.

Some kitchen items seemed to be missing. We had a coffee maker, but no coffee mugs 🥲. Our bedroom windows were right outside the elevator where the housekeeping is located. There was a lot of talking and noise from housekeeping, getting their day going at 6:15 in the morning.

Right on the beach and great location to where we needed to be. Heated pool and kitchen was nice to have as well as the on site activities

It has a older smell in room that is maybe thru air ducts or older furniture but it stirred up our allergies while there. Also it says our room was ocean view but the trees blocked our view of the ocean on the 2nd floor, so would have requested a higher up room if known that.

Huge 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo with full kitchen. Really liked that they left cleaning supplies (broom and dust pan) for sandy feet. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Just a short walk to the beach and the big pool was even closer.

Could have used a doormat inside from the balcony to collect sand from feet.

The location, atmosphere, extremely helpful and friendly staff. We felt very welcomed. Really enjoyed our stay. Stunning views of the ocean.

The property was a bit dated, but it was very clean and well kept. There were some ants or some bugs that looked like tiny ants in the unit we were in, but maybe that’s common in buildings in the area?

staff is always pleasant and helpful, cheerful. location is great.

The unit #210, we stayed in needs a little TLC. It was clean, but kind of a musty smell and a little dated. was disappointed that we did not get the ocean view we requested.

Beach was accessible with short walk, grocery stores nearby, and Dunkin’ Donuts is within walking distance, activities nearby as well. They also offer various bikes for rental. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony.

My new bathing suit was ruined by jacuzzi for 15 minutes and wish I had known that because I did bring my old bathing suit. It was dark blue with lace, and it got discolored completely. Ah well, lesson learnt.

The swimming pool is superb, warm, has long opening hours. Beach is very close and also shops for grocery shopping.

There were only 2 small things I did not like. Right under our balcony there was a huge and noisy fan from the restaurant downstairs. The apartment had quite bad lights. It made the rooms very dark even when you turn all on.
