Property was very nice, clean, beautiful setting.

The staff seemed very overwhelmed and couldn’t perform basic Hotel guest services well. For example, they were backed up with laundry so limited options on receiving towels and bathing cloths at check in. Needed a repair in room to a maintenance matter, it took a very long time to respond. Valet parking was always longer than 30 mins even when calling ahead. It may seem picky, but it’s a hotel. Too many things from the staff to list…they need to be better organized. They waived my resort fees to make up for the amenities and service we didn’t receive.

The appearance is beautiful, and the view was amazing.

The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets had holes in them. The comforter was upside down so the tag was in your face when you were sleeping.

Quality,Cleaniness, very prompt service/ response to me not knowing how to use the shower head and sink stopper lol... Excellent hotel.

No microwave. Hard to feed my Grandson when he's a picky eater.

This hotel was beautiful! The beach wasn’t too crowded. The beach staff was amazing. The pools were great! We had lunch at the bar by the pools every day while we were here. I’d definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the construction surrounding the hotel, but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that! During COVID, they’re not offering room service or daily room cleaning, but that really didn’t both us.

Since we stayed at this hotel we have traveled again. I now appreciate this hotel even more since my recent travel. VERY clean hotel. Hand sanitizers located at every entry point and elevators. All staff wearing masks. Noticed staff cleaning the grounds even on the outside. At night time they even deep clean the lobby. Complementary masks in our room. Early in the morning I noticed staff cleaning all the outside areas. We stayed in a King bed room with a balcony and beach view. I heard other people complain of their 2 queen bed room being small. However, we have stayed in Miami before this trip and feel like the rooms are bigger than normal for Miami. Beach chair is included in the hotel fee. Maybe not the umbrella though. I can’t remember 🙃. We did rent the bigger one/love seat for a day. I really loved that they had liquor/drinks and food service while sitting on the beach and or pool. VERY NICE!! They have 2 pools. An adults only pool and a pool for everyone. Fashionable rooms. Plenty of space for your belongings. Staff was very nice and friendly. But, they had security just in case. Like tough looking - don’t mess with me kind of looking security. I felt safe. Definitely will be going back to this hotel. Ty!

That the beach closed I believe at 6 and the pool closed at 7 (when we stood in October). Bummer! I understand due to COVID. But, I was thinking “What, does COVID only come out after 7?” 😆. I just wish it was open a little later.

Hotel was clean, beautiful, had complimentary beach chairs and towels, had food and drink service on beach, nice bars and restaurants, and friendly staff.

Ice machines on each floor but mine was broken, housekeeping came one day and didn’t restock empty soap dispenser or leave washcloths, and beach area didn’t always have clean towels for guests.

I went with my girlfriends for a long weekend and we loved all the amenities—the pool, bar, restaurants, and direct access to the beach. The hotel staff members were friendly and so helpful, and went above and beyond.

I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. The floor was dated and needed a deep clean or re-grout. The carpet was a bit worn. And the bedding, while clean wasn’t tucked. The room size was great—and views made up for it. We paid a lot for panoramic ocean views. But if we were in a room without view, I would have been majorly disappointed especially for the price point of this hotel. The service in the restaurants was rough. They were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. We weren’t in any rush and didn’t mind, but we witnessed a few people getting upset by being forgotten or ignored by the wait staff.
