Right on the beach and beach path for walking & biking

Having to ask for a balcony after arriving. They show one when you sign up for a "beach front" room. We all eventually got one

The appearance is beautiful, and the view was amazing.

The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets had holes in them. The comforter was upside down so the tag was in your face when you were sleeping.

Property was very nice, clean, beautiful setting.

The staff seemed very overwhelmed and couldn’t perform basic Hotel guest services well. For example, they were backed up with laundry so limited options on receiving towels and bathing cloths at check in. Needed a repair in room to a maintenance matter, it took a very long time to respond. Valet parking was always longer than 30 mins even when calling ahead. It may seem picky, but it’s a hotel. Too many things from the staff to list…they need to be better organized. They waived my resort fees to make up for the amenities and service we didn’t receive.

I went with my girlfriends for a long weekend and we loved all the amenities—the pool, bar, restaurants, and direct access to the beach. The hotel staff members were friendly and so helpful, and went above and beyond.

I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. The floor was dated and needed a deep clean or re-grout. The carpet was a bit worn. And the bedding, while clean wasn’t tucked. The room size was great—and views made up for it. We paid a lot for panoramic ocean views. But if we were in a room without view, I would have been majorly disappointed especially for the price point of this hotel. The service in the restaurants was rough. They were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. We weren’t in any rush and didn’t mind, but we witnessed a few people getting upset by being forgotten or ignored by the wait staff.

it was very aesthetic and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The was attentive and helpful and came with a good attitude.

The chair and towel procedure seemed a little unfair and not equal to the value you pay for your free amenities. Certain food items were overpriced such as a small water being $8. They also left our during booking there was a $150 fee a night as a potential damage fee.

Hotel was clean, beautiful, had complimentary beach chairs and towels, had food and drink service on beach, nice bars and restaurants, and friendly staff.

Ice machines on each floor but mine was broken, housekeeping came one day and didn’t restock empty soap dispenser or leave washcloths, and beach area didn’t always have clean towels for guests.

Quality,Cleaniness, very prompt service/ response to me not knowing how to use the shower head and sink stopper lol... Excellent hotel.

No microwave. Hard to feed my Grandson when he's a picky eater.

Beautiful ambiance and Spa Relaxation. Yoga, massages, pool, music, beautiful room, right on Miami Beach. Very clean and courteous staff.
