We were upgraded to a corner suite on the top floor (5th) over looking the pool with an Ocean view. Thank you Lazarus ! (I apologize if I misspelled your name). We were celebrating both our birthdays on a long awaited trip that had been cancelled twice due to Covid. We were also so fortunate to be able to check in early with no additional fee. The room was clean and my husband absolutely loved the duvet on the bed. The pool is a nice size with a proper deep end and we had it to ourselves. The hot/cold breakfast was very good and was included in the price which is rare for most hotels in the area. We booked quite a ways out as this was a stay after a cruise and as such were able to score a great price. Beach is beautiful and you are within walking distance to a free trolley service which we used to go to Lincoln Mall for shopping and dinner.

AC is quite cold in the room and causes condensation on the windows which you cannot open. We had room 524 and the safe is awkwardly placed that you have to crawl into the closet to be able to access it as it is mounted sideways and two feet from the ground rather than facing forward and at a reasonable height. This can pose an issue for someone who is not very agile or petite in size. I am only 5 foot 3 and struggled.

We spent great days in Miami Beach. The beach was close. The room was smaller than expected, but we solved it. It had everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The bed was huge, but you could feel the many uses on it. All in all, I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big disappointment. The first day we went down and tried it, from the next day luckily there is a good shop next door with delicious coffee etc. The other is that it cannot be Ventilated with fresh air. This is a big problem, stale odors cannot be solved easily.

The location of the hotel and its distance to the beach are good. There is a pizza restaurant just below and a market where you can meet most of your needs. Getting to the hotel from the airport is very easy, take the bus no. 150 and get off right behind it. You can reach many places in Miami by public transportation from the same stop. Our room had 2 double beds and it was very useful for our family of 3. The furnishings in the room were new and comfortable.

Breakfast was inadequate. On the other hand, even though I paid for the hotel in cash and in advance, they blocked my credit card and it was removed after 10 days after I left the hotel. I had a hard time getting helpful feedback despite reporting multiple times. Parking fees in Miami are expensive, but at least for the hotel's own customer, a more reasonable fee could be set.

Your desk staff were very welcoming and helpful with anything that was needed! The hotel is in a great location, close to public beach access, dining, trolley stops and right next store to a CVS, which came in handy for all of those little things we forgot! Rooms were great, although the beds were a little hard (great for some people but I like a more plush bed)

Pool area needs some attention. Also breakfast in the morning wasn't kept up with, the toaster worked 1/2 the time and there was no butter

Parking. The parking area is very small. One of the staff ruin our day. He scheduled us to go to Everglades at the wrong time and we were not able to go. On our last day, we never got a complimentary gift from Hampton Inn. I saw other customers getting one.

A great place to stay! Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable room, and good location.

Only disadvantage was parking. We first drove in front of the hotel but the garace was around the corner. It was our first time to drive in Miami area and during the rush hour it was quite stressful to find the right place.

NO RESORT FEE!!! I love the fact there was no resort fee. We also enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, the amazing restaurant Piola,(amazing gluten free pasta!! YUM!!), located inside the hotel, the hotel staff was also very friendly! I cannot say enough about this hotel, it was clean, there was 24hr CVS store attached to the hotel,(very convenient), we will definitely be staying here again! Also, the beach is literally around the corner!

the welcome wasn’t too friendly, however this improved as time went on and they chatted to us. it was a little ‘out of the main areas’ but that was our choice but we may stay closer to south beach next time. the bed was comfortable but was very squeaky and noisy to get in / out of. breakfast foods ran out on the 2nd day, which was disappointing as they were basics that we felt that they should always have ie white bread, bagels (as only brown slices left) no marmalade, so if you like that buy some for longer stays. the waffles were lovely as was the porridge.

The hotel is very clean and has beautiful design, it is very conveniently located and has everything just steps away. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my time there! I definitely recommend Hampton Inn to everyone, because it is perfect combination of cost and quality. Also the restaurant on the first floor is really good for the money, I recommend you to try a pasta with salmon and profiteroles for dessert!

It would be nice if there were fresh vegetables and a little more variety of fruits. Also they don’t have complimentary chairs on the beach

Location one block from Miami Beach, gorgeous. We arrived at 10am off a cruise ship and they suggested we sign up as Hampton/Hilton hotel members at no charge, we did and we were in an early checkin room by 10:30 am, no extra charge.

Breakfast looked good but was cold by 9:30 am, cold scrambled eggs, cold congealed oatmeal. If you’re ok with cold cereal and toast or get there much earlier, probably fine. This wouldn’t put me off from staying here again.
