everything the breakfast the room was spacious and clean and the location had everything near!

the air didn’t work too good in room 624 and the hot water wasn’t hot and the pool was misleading the pool wasn’t big enough it was like a big size hot tub that was 3 feet all around in the picture you would think it’s a nice size pool.

It’s a newer hotel or recently renovated. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is basic but good enough. Relatively close to downtown, we walked there in 25 min. Great value for money, will definitely stay there again

It’s not super pretty around the hotel especially if you are walking. it looks like area is under development

We loved our room. Very spacious and loved the kitchen amenities. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent.

We had rude valet service. One guy was on his phone listening to it so loud it was hard for us to talk over it while the other was very impatiently waiting for us to unload. Never mind that we had a ton of luggage, food, a handicap person and teenagers. He seriously just wanted us out of his sight as soon as possible, but offered zero help. We did not have enough towels, any hand towels and no bath mat. Almost like the person cleaning our room stopped before completing it? We really needed a late checkout and all they would give is 30 minutes. Shower was leaky, no vent in bathroom so was very humid.

The room was very nice and spacious. The beds slept nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and had many varieties. The upgrades in the hotel lobby were beautiful.

The parking attendant advised we could not park our own vehicle. It was valet service that was mandatory and should have been explained better which was included in the hotel room fee. The lights over the kitchenette area did not work in the room and just about every table by the window in the breakfast area rocked so badly. Our drinks almost spilled when we went to sit down.

The rooms were and beds were comfortable and the reception staff friendly and helpful. You could do some basic self catering here. The family rooms do accommodate 5 as described. We only had a one night stopover in Miami but would have been suitable for a longer stay.

Breakfast was OK in content but chaotic and they kept running out of plates, cutlery and breakfast items. We didn't get any sausage as they had run out for the day, this was 45 minutes before the end of breakfast. The location is a bit isolated and so it was a bit difficult to get dinner when we arrived quite late. A general thing about Miami, that we found the cab drivers refuse to use the meters and want to set their own rates for tourists and we also had a Uber driver rip us off.

Front desk very helpful, specifically Daniel. The staff was great. Valet parking individuals very helpful.

I booked for two queen beds and a king bed and was informed the room was booked when I arrived and was given a king. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

I had a room facing the main road. Lots of daylight and no road noise. The breakfast is always excellent. The location is also great. Close to a Publix as well as pharmacy. 10 minutes walk to Brickell City center which is great.

Nothing to complain about. All I would say is if you like daylight and privacy, don't opt for the rooms facing South as they are quite close to the building next door.

Fascilities, space, location.

I traveled with two daughters, there is not a table on the room, and only one chair! A reserved a Room for 4 people, two adults and two children. This situation was unexpected, and was difficult trying to dinner on the room..

the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way specially Ryan we stayed for 3 nights and were with our family of around 14 flying from UK Australia and we are from Canada the room was awesome my son is very tall and the couch helped everyone to sleep comfortably breakfast was also good with a nice spread

it was a bit far from the city

The property is well maintained. staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When we checked in on June 1st early morning, there was a clothing sticker on the back of the bathroom door. yesterday we checked in and there was a sticky substance on the carpet that blended well. Everything else was perfect, both situations are an easy overlook.
