the property was always clean. good location. near the beach, it was really quiet

the elevator was not new (the only bad thing was that was slow) if you are inpatient like me just take the stairs. the hotel is just three stories tall. the breakfast was good but they can add eggs or some other kind of protein apart from greek yogurt. may be 3 different breakfast changing from one day to another could be the next way to go.

In good localization, not too far, not too close to the Miami Beach center. Very close to the beach. Bus stop close by (both airport express as well as free Miami Beach bus). We got the room with the balcony that we asked for. The walk-in closet with the safe was quite useful. Overall, if you actually read the hotel description it is exactly what it says and it deserves this good rating.

A bigger breakfast area would be useful (unless you're jet lagged from travelling from the east and you're there first, at 8.) You can hear people talking in their room next to yours, as well as slamming doors.

Hotel is close to the beach. Has a coffee machine & water refill station available 24/7.

Breakfast it’s really just a toast with jam, and some waffles, you can’t really call it continental breakfast… Staff is really nice & helpful, but maybe too nice as they let some homeless to make a coffee at the hotel coffee machine. Not much to do in the hotel if it’s raining/ stormy.

It's very close to the beach. About 2 min and you're already in the vicinity. I love that there were complimentary 2 bottles of water, a microwave and a fridge. My room is very bright, mirror is in the right place.

There were a power disruption when I came back from the beach, I was asking for the card key which I left in the front desk and the male staff was dismissive, asked me to use the stair and go to my floor which got me confused because I believe the room is still locked even with power outage. Good thing the lady who usually served breakfast explained that the housekeeper is in my floor and will be able to help me get into my room. Can hear outside noises but I use fan sound from youtube and was able to sleep soundly.

The staff was attentive and polite. The property is convenient if you have a pet. Easy access to the beach, city bikes and walking distance to restaurants.

The carpet could use a deep cleaning.

The property is clean, very close to the beach, not overcrowded. Staff is really helpful & friendly, the hotel offers beach towels, umbrellas, chairs for beach free of charge. The hotel has continental breakfast, which doesn't have hot breakfasts like eggs or sausages. However, there are bagels, waffle maker, croissants, two types of bread, butter, creamcheese, cereal and other parts of american breakfast. In addition, there is a coffee machine which makes coffee & hot water, coffee station works 24/7.

Probably if hotel added some hot breakfast, that would be a great bonus to already a good hotel.

I really liked the staff. They were incredibly friendly and informative. Whenever I asked questions about the local beaches or downtown attractions, they always answered nicely and with lots of information. They were kind and thoughtful!

I'm not really sure if this counts but I was very appreciative of the free amenities (beach towels and umbrellas) but the umbrellas were flimsy and falling apart. I wish they were a little higher quality.

The room was very clean and a good size.

The block that the property is on seems to have some construction going on so initially it looks a little shady but in general it’s a nice location.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach. There was a $25 parking fee and the garage was 2 blocks away at the AC hotel. They offered chairs and beach towels. It was nice for only 1 night. The staff were friendly. The hotel looked remodeled and clean.

The bathroom did not have a fan. The room had a strong airwick scented smell, which smelled good but was too strong so we left the window open. The elevator was super tiny, but it was expected with the small hotel. The walls are paper thin. It's a decent hotel.

The building is really old but they’ve painted everything white making it look nice and clean. I was in a corner room with windows across two walls making it nice and bright. (Retractable Darkening shades were on all the windows.) A simple breakfast was perfect after a night on the town.

The low ceiling hallways and lack of art on the white narrow walls made it feel institutional. The carpet needs to be replaced. It’s an old building and they’ve done a decent job working within those constraints.
