- the location is perfect, not just because it is close to the beach, but the area around 40th street is quite and clean; - the staff was very friendly and supportive; -

- the whole organisation of the room cleaning is a bit confusing to me as someone from Europe. You have to book someone to clean the room! For me that isn't the Marriott signature.

The customer service from the staff is the best I've experienced from a hotel in Miami. This was my fourth trip to Miami and I feel fourth time lucky as this hotel ticks all the boxes. It's like a peaceful oasis. The staff really look after you and make you feel so welcome. The property is in an amazing location in Mid Beach. It is next door to Starbucks and the Triton supermarket is across the road which is so handy! There is a free trolly bus behind the hotel that takes you to Lincoln Road for shopping. I walked to South Beach in 25 minutes or you can take the bus or Uber. It's like transport central...which makes me feel very at home coming from London!

I like The fact that we were close to the beach The staff was very friendly at arrival all the way to the time for check out My kids love the fact that they had a workout center and the view of the pool on the rooftop was gorgeous.

I didn't like the remote control in the room I actually had to push it down real hard for it to work multiple times and I also didn't understand why there was not a microwave in the room I couldn't eat my food left over from the restaurant because there wasn't a microwave to warm it up. And last but not least when you first enter the hotel the smell is very strong smells good but too much of it.

I stay here every time I come to Miami! For one, I love the fact that it’s located mid Beach. South Beach tends to be too touristy. The hotel is in a great location, not to mention the Starbucks on the lower level. The front deck staff was amazing as always, and this time I took advantage of the 7 AM yoga class on the beach, which was amazing. The bartender on the pool was absolutely amazing with good, strong drinks! The food at the hotel is good as well. I love that I was able to print documents for a work call at the hotel and go to Starbucks to work for a little bit. I will absolutely continue to stay here on my trips to Miami. My only negative was that our room did not smell fresh but the cleaning crew did come and remove the floor as well as add deodorizer to the room and it did help.

The hotel was very clean, the stuff was awesome and the roftop pool was fresh

The bed was not comfortable. No dresser or cabinets. For a one - two nights stay it is ok to live out of the bag but if 5-6 nights it becomes annoying. Not sufficient shelfs or hooks in the bathroom. We booked a 4 person room but only two single hooks on the wall...

The hotel was clean, which is important to me and the staff were friendly. Close to beach and other attractions. We utilized the free trolley or uber for most of the time we were there. The hotel offers complementary bike rentals, beach towels, and chairs.

Not the deluxe king room I was expecting. The balcony was barely big enough to fit 1 chair. We had to ask each day for the two in room water bottles per day.

Incredible staff. They did everything in their way to make us have a great time out in Miami Beach. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. We were promoted to a room on the top floor with a big balcony with oceanview and that really made our stay amazing. Big thanks to the staff that made that happen, you are truly wonderful people.

the staff did an amazing job cleaning and paying attention to details in the way they accommodated their guest. accessibility to pool, workout room and activities.

I thought it to be a little inconvenient to have to go to another floor to utilize a microwave and retrieve ice by the time you get back to your floor and room the food is cold again. also lines forming waiting to use the one microwave. my suggestion would be to have a station like that on each floor.

For a family of four the room was big enough. They charge $50/vehicle/night for parking which was already mentioned while booking.

The breakfast was mediocre, basic and they don't replenish finished food items in the buffet. There are no restaurants or convenient stores close by which means you have to drive or rely on a cab.

I like the hotel honestly but it was just some lil stuff I didn't like honestly but over all I enjoyed my stay no complaints at all really very comfortable stay
