The room was clean and the bed was comformatable. The vibe was chill and the area inside the gates was cool.

Music was loud but it ended at 11 pm. The common kitchen was a bit dirty.

Very friendly place for families. Unique hotel surrounded with palm trees in the middle of miami downtown concrete jungle. Free yoga classes every morning is a hit! Very friendly stuff, chillout lounge music all day which I loved.Eddie the “magician” was a great entertainer for my 6 years old boy. Overall great money value. Will definitevely return.

We got upgraded to a room with a private bathroom when we arrived which was a wonderful surprise. The facilities are gorgeous and lush and the room in a unique Victorian house. Staff and other guests very friendly. Everything clean and daily housekeeping. Location is great; walkable to downtown. We were even given two local craft beers at check-in which was amazing!

We were worried about the noise and there was indeed club music going on until 2am or so both from Selina and from the club behind the hotel but our room was pretty tucked away and it didn't bother me too much — but we are from a busy city and accustomed to noise. If you're sensitive to noise it may not be the place for you. I'm not convinced you can escape the noise anywhere in downtown Miami though. Price was somewhat steep but seemed affordable for the area, so not sure it can be beat!

Property was clean. The hotel is situated in a neighborhood area, surrounded by homes and apartments. We were upgraded to a King room upon check-in. Room was updated and bright with an old Florida feel. Bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linens. The library just outside our door had a lovely comfy seating area along with a selection of books. There was also a cute seating area where a group could visit and enjoy a drink under the palms near the pool. The pool had a fun assortment of floating toys in addition to the expected lounge chairs. We did not use the restaurant but it is very convenient being on property. Just across the river from the downtown area, and a quick Uber ride gets you into the city. Found a lovely restaurant about a five-minute walk from the hotel, next to the river. Little Havana is about 2 miles away, and worth checking out!

Parking is very limited and first-come, first-served. Not much within walking distance of the hotel, though we did find one restaurant a couple of blocks away. The rear of the property runs along a bridge/overpass which was under construction during our stay, with the resultant mess (barricaded roads, etc) that brings. While we stayed over a weekend when no work was going on, traffic noise could be an issue once the road reopens, so we might request a room further from the bridge once it does reopen.

The rooms are quite spacious and nicely decorated. Overall Selina has a really nice vacation kind of vibe. The outside area is very spacious, with lots of smaller hideouts for privacy and great to hang out with friends. They also offer free yoga on some mornings and the pool area is great. It is located in a 10 min walk to the closest bus stop.

The rooms were quite cold and the air conditioning is not regulated per room but per floor, which complicated things. However, we were upgraded to another room with a higher temperature and with a private bathroom (when we originally paid for a room with a shared bathroom).

Rarely do I give reviews but I felt this was sooo needed. This place is literally a dream. This was my first time to Miami as an adult and traveling with friends this went above and beyond my, actually all of our expectations. I was a little iffy because the reviews were like 50/50. If you are traveling for work/business this is not the hotel for you. But if are down for pleasure and relaxation hurry and book! The location of the hotel is super ideal. In the middle of everything but it still felt very very secluded while on the premises. We literally spent so much time at the hotel because they had EVERYTHING there. Bar, restaurant, pool, areas to just lounge around. We had a two bedroom apt and there were 3 of us and it was MORE than enough space. We spent 5 days there and didn't get tired of each other because we felt safe enough to walk the premises alone or just sit outside or just in the rooms. the beds were super comfy. We didn't hear much of the music unless our door was open and we were actively trying to see if we could hear it. I really don't have any complaints. The staff was friendly and super helpful. This did give hostel vibes...which is cool if that's what you're looking for. its definitely not the "HILTON" but that's also not what we wanted. the property was clean but you can tell it had some wear and tear that gave it "character". The pressure for the shower could've been better but that's literally me forcing myself to find things i "didn't like". I literally couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This place was literally so beautiful and peaceful, you'd think you were on a island or something. amazing seriously

The entire hotel is really cute, it's like a little village. The pool looked clean, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean. We ended up having a room with a little porch which was really cute. Free parking, the lot is an ok size but it is first come first serve, also the lot is fully gated at night. I didn't use it, but there was a free afternoon yoga session.

We couldn't control the air-conditioning in the room, which made it a bit too chilly for us. I asked upon check in until what time the bar would be open, I was told midnight, but when we got back from the city after dinner and sat down in the bar at 10:50pm we were told that the bar was closed. Apparently it closes at 11pm on certain days. The area the hotel is in is not the greatest, it's about a $17 uber to get to Miami Beach

This place is like a peaceful & serene little slice of heaven. Hidden right there, in the midst of downtown Miami! I've lived in this city for nearly 23 years. I had no idea this place even existed.

A free breakfast would have been great. Also, some rooms have TV, others do not. I'm all for "turning off" technology & enjoying reality. However, I feel the choice should be offered, not just stuck to u!

For $100, you can’t beat it! (Note: we stayed for 1 night, in the middle of the work week, opting for the “shared bathroom” booking, which is the least expensive.) The grounds are adorable! It’s like a tropical oasis in the middle of Little Havana. Donaldson (sp?), the guy that checked us in, was super informative and friendly. Our room was smaller but super clean. Our window A/C unit was The Little Engine That Could as we blasted it all day and night. The shared bathroom was immaculate (and I would know because I inspected it thoroughly since it’s a shared space). Our bed (size Full) was plenty of room for us, and the place was quiet during quiet hours so we slept just fine. Overall, loved it! Would stay again if we’re back in Miami.

No issues! But for what it’s worth, I am curious about ADA accessibility. It wasn’t a concern for my husband and me (who are between 25-35 y/o with no mobility issues), but our room was upstairs on the 3rd floor. This *could* pose a problem for an older or limited-mobility traveler. (Then again, I guess they could just stay on the first floor if that were the case.)

I liked everything about this place. At first I was surprised that it was a complete complex with a pool, a co-working space, a restaurant, a bar, it had everything necessary. It is located in Little Havana, but is also close to the Downtown area. The staff is friendly, the place is clean. Various activities such as yoga are also organized and today there was even an arts and crafts fair. I totally recommend it.

The bathroom is shared, but it was never an issue. It was also clean and had all the toiletries necessary.
