The apartment was very comfortable. It had 2 rooms and a nice sitting area. The location was great since we had a supermarket and pharmacy, as well as restaurants, close by.

Great place to stay at in central Miami. Superb views and great pool. Studios are excellent for a week stay.

The food at the pool bar is terrible, definitely need some improvements there. Also, I was not provided with a detailed list of all expenses, which were charged on the room, at time of checking out... couldn't verify any of it.

the pool itself is awesome along with the TV at the end. The gym was immaculate with all the equipment i needed. the room was beautiful and new with nice new modern appliances. the front of house staff were more than amazing as well as the valet service people.

the pool area was great, although there is a lot of deck space that could be utilised with some more lounges to be able to accommodate the busy periods where people can't find a place to sit. the staff at the pool didnt pay enough attention when servicing us at the poolside. the drinks were very few and far in between unless we got up and went to the bar ourselves. I find most places will be asking if you need another drink as the one you have is nearing the end. i found this to be my biggest complaint.

We stayed at The Elser for almost 3 weeks in total. Due to different changes in plans and flight cancellations, we stayed in 4 different rooms and the experience was consistently great. There are lots of good things to say about this hotel: the location is perfect; the rooms are very, very comfortable, clean, with all the amenities you need; the hotel itself smells amazing, it's clean and beautiful; the personnel is very friendly and always willing to help: the folks at the car valet service, the receptionists, engineering, the room service ladies, everyone! A shoutout to José Hernández, valet manager, who was always attentive, friendly and occupied with us getting a luxury treatment from the moment we arrived to when we left the hotel. Excepcional, him and his team, even working under very demanding conditions of high heat, rain, and lots of guests coming and going all the time. As an example of the hotel's personnel focus on providing good guest service, we had this one request where we needed to get the Apple TV app installed in one of the TV's to be able to watch Messi's debut for the Inter Miami. The receptionists talked to engineering and in no time we had the engineers in our room helping us set up the app on the TV (outside of the Tivo ecosystem they have) and we were able to watch the match in the room. They even left us the TV remote so we could watch the match that was coming the week after as well :) They also helped us find a good solution for extra late-checkout and in general they were always there when we needed them. The pool is amazing, great for both adults and kids of all ages. The hotel provides towels so you don't need to think about that. The gym is beyond any hotel gym I've seen before, even in 5-star hotels, it also provides towels and water, beautiful well-equipped gym.

The water pressure in the shower could be better, other than that there isn't anything we didn't like.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Quick walk to the free metro mover/metro train, Miami Heat arena, bus stop for travel. Downtown is a few blocks away and shopping centre and great eats are across the road e.g. Hard Rock Hotel. Honestly the greatest and convenient location. Additionally, the views from the balcony of the room, and then also the pool deck and outdoor bar of the Miami skyline was spectacular. The bed was SO comfortable and the turn around TV in room was great. They also had full on kitchen and washer/dryer - which was great for the longer stay that we had. Close to the cruise port if you are cruising from Miami.

This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The rooms are spacious, modern and great for a family of 4. We loved the 2 floor gym which had state of the art equipment and someone always there ensuring that everything was clean and put in place. If your hot, then jump into their pool large pool that is fitted with a huge tv screen so you don’t miss out on a sport game. The location is ideal as you are just across the and steps away from many restaurants.

Housekeeping was hard to get a hold of on a few days while as they’d come by earlier in the morning which is tough if you have a family with small kids or had a long night.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The decoration is stunning, and the environment is impeccably organized and clean. Moreover, all the staff members are extremely polite and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. We opted for a Studio on the 42nd floor, which not only offered a breathtaking view but also comfortably accommodated our entire family, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. The gym is excellent, and the pool area is very well planned, providing moments of relaxation and fun. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in front of the Bayside and within short distance to the Science Museum. Additionally, the area is notably safe. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay!

Despite booking for four people, the room was set up for only two. This prompted us to request the setup of the sofa bed and the provision of extra towels. The kitchen, while equipped, lacked basic cooking utensils. We had to request pots and cooking spoons. However, the provided pots were of poor quality, and food stuck to them even when using oil to prevent sticking. Additionally, the dishwasher had issues, rendering it unusable for nearly three days. The parking came at a steep cost of USD 50 per day, which we found quite high. Luckily, we found a more economical option: a secure public parking two blocks away, costing USD 15 per day.

Poor choice of food in the restaurant (and no in-room service), it is okay only for breakfast. Noisy builders behind the windows (not super noisy but better not to open during the daytime). Some problems with a staff (1. Cleanliness could be better 2. I received an email with an offer of extra services and chose "late checkout" for 240USD, but when I told about it at reception, nobody knew it and told me it would cost 400USD, which felt like a scam. 3. I was waiting for my car from parking for half an hour, and when they came, their help with the luggage was just "forget about us" I needed to repack it by myself to close the car.

The hotel was very clean & modern. We had a 2BDR with a beautiful ocean view. Pool area was very nice with an excellent view. Pool and bar staff was very friendly Bells services was able to set a shuttle to take us to cruise port, $8pp very convenient

Elser employee at front desk during check in was not very informative. Told us to use the elevators to get to the pool. The elevators were not normal elevators & had to figure out how to use the keypad call system. No welcome drink during check in or the 2 drinks they were included with our room. I messaged the guest services team multiple times to ask for our couch to be set up & wash cloths, since none were provided in the room. Responses were “of course & “our pleasure”. Finally had to go out to room service cart we found the hall and get sheets and figured out how to set the couch up on our own.
