The location is perfect. We rode the brightline and it's only a short walk to the hotel. The breakfast has a big variety and tasty. The room is smart with comfort at the touch of a button. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel is welcoming and fun. Early check in

The rooftop pool doesn't open until 12pm and check out is 11am. So we stored our luggage and had to be assisted to enter the rooftop pool. Would make sense to enjoy the pool early before check out.

The accommodation was pleasant. For me, the room was a bit too small, but I didn’t spend much time there anyway. I really liked the high-tech equipment, the night blinds, and the tablet controls. The hotel has a rooftop pool with a beautiful view and excellent drinks. I also have to praise the staff – they were truly very friendly! And the breakfasts were absolutely luxurious!

Beds were really big and comfy with nice pillows, blackout blinds were amazing, air con was quiet, elevators were plentiful and fast. Rooftop bar and pool was amazing.

Breakfast was pricey for what it was and you had to pay extra for a latte or cappuccino!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent; just a short walk to the Kaseya Center and Bayside, which made getting around very convenient. The room was small but cozy, and I really loved the view we had. It felt comfortable and welcoming overall. The gym was quite limited in terms of equipment, but it was still convenient to have it available if you wanted to get a quick workout in. The rooftop was a highlight—it’s beautiful up there, and I got some really cool photos. Something worth mentioning is that the overall vibe and decor of the hotel felt more suited for adults—maybe couples or groups of friends—rather than families with kids. The lighting and atmosphere gave off more of a trendy, almost “sexy” feel, especially with the red lights in some areas. It’s not inappropriate at all, and I didn’t experience any noise or issues, even though I know they sometimes host events on the rooftop. But personally, I wouldn’t necessarily choose it for a family stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it, especially for the location and the cozy atmosphere.

One downside was the air conditioning; it couldn’t really be adjusted, and the room ended up being extremely cold. It got to the point where I started developing a sore throat from it.

The normal: room was clean, staff kindness, pizza and drinks were great. Before we went on a seven day cruise, we stayed at CitizenM for two days, we loved it so much that I cancelled a reservation with another hotel and stayed at CitizenM for a day before catching a flight home. We got off the cruise at 8 am and CitizenM was able to check us in early 9 am. Now they did say if they had a room available, so I was blessed and I appreciate what they did for me. They had popcorn, soda, tea, CitizenM bag, and balloons in the room when we arrived. They are wonderful people and the hotel is a great company. If you have a chance to visit CitizenM World Center in Miami, please give them a chance, you won't regret it.

Everything was wonderful. No complaints!!!

Very modern, convenient unit. Tiny space, but this was expected based on photos, so I was completely happy with it. Everything needed was in place, like the storage for valuables, and the tiny fridge was very cool :) The bed was very comfortable, and the unit was VERY clean. I liked the ambiance lighting and all this stuff for light, temperature, shade curtains control from the iPads. Very comfortable shower with a handheld showerhead, and good temperature control. Shower cosmetics with nice scents without single-use plastic. I like, that they made a switcher near the entryway, that closes the blackout curtans, turns off the light etc, so you can switch off everything before going out with one switcher. Stylish and convenient lobby with many nooks for those who need to have more privacy to take a call without a noisy background. And the lobby bar works pretty late, so that was great, to get a late-night drink or even coffee.

This property is walking distance to Bayside Market and about 5 minutes from Port Miami.

The hotel pool is not for children, this hotel is not kids friendly. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the staff gave us complimentary breakfast due to the website not mentioning this and my daughter getting turn down at the pool since it’s a roof top bar pool.

Location was superb, park and kids playground nearby,bayside area and downtown… affordable access to many area with UBER

Restaurant menu, poor selection and no choices for kids , only pizza and felt like it was frozen pizza not fresh dough

Breakfast was great- they were very accommodating and obtained a gluten free option for me when it was not available right away. Check in was a breeze and the room was perfect for a home base. Even though it was small, the layout makes smart use of the space. Price was very reasonable, but despite the lower cost, it felt like a high end hotel stay. Wonderful and economical option for a getaway!

Not much- I would say you should go into it knowing the room will be small. Another thing to be aware of is the lights are eco friendly in the hallways, so when you first get off the elevator or open your door, the hallway is dark- the lights turn on when motion is detected. Its also important to note that this hotel has a pop art aesthetic, which means you will see a lot of bright colors, some art that some might consider offensive (we did not- we LOVED all of it, but if you are a little more uptight, I can see this being an issue) and the general vibe is very much geared toward older Gen Z and Millennials. Not the best for kids or older couples who are looking for a more conservative place.

Very good place, right in front of Miami-Dade Arena, very close to bayside marketplace. Cool pieces, great environment.

The only problem is parking. The hotel doesn't have a lot and doesn't offer any solutions. Parking in the closest streets was hard and sometimes we had to park three or four squares away. (Extra: there's a public parking across from the hotel but the prices for night stay were abusive) The room is small. Don't recommend if traveling with kids.
