The pool was so nice as well as the hot tub . The location was perfect and overall a great location to the main attractions in Orlando

THE ELEVATORS IN THE TOWER SECTION ARE TERRIBLE!!! Please fix them because no one wants to walk up 14 flights of stairs. The late night pool staff are not that great, specially one girl who comes out and yells at you to get out but she’s steady on her phone the entire and never once looks up from it. The superior rooms are large but the property should invest in adding dressers to the rooms because they don’t have any.

The staff was friendly. It is a big property it looks like they are updating what is needed. The location is good they are a Universal partner with shuttle..I go to WDW there is a QR code for Free Shuttle to Disney. I used it twice. Great service. People who reviewed this property as being dirty or negative reviews are absolutely False. It is dated but clean again they are renovating. I would definitely stay again. I am a travel hotel reviewer.

I noticed their elevator certification was expired as of 08/02/2022. There was a notification attached I took a photo and provided it to the manager. He immediately contacted the corporate offices. It is important the Maintenance Manager pays attention to these details. They should have been notified by the state or elevator company it was to be renewed.

It’s in great location and great front desk staff. You can walk to universal in 20 minutes.

Beautiful pool area, nice clean rooms

The prices for items purchased in the cafe area are crazy. We bought 2 individual cereals, 2 candy bars and 2 ice cream bars and the total was $34!

Breakfast was not to my liking. Frozen food heated up no protein (meat) option. The expressway and guest can get noisy at night. I did not like the connecting rooms at all. Makes you want to sleep with one eye open.

The rooms were a nice size. Nice big tv and lots of channels. Beds were nice.

The prices in their food court were very high, food wasn't all that great. Had water on the floor in our room but hurricane Ian just went through. I cleaned the water up myself got tired of waiting for someone to come do it.

I did not like the house keeping. If I’m staying for a few nights I believe my room should be serviced daily for a refresh trash and towels. And if requested bed remake if need this particular time I needed beds refresh and they just left the sheets on the edge of the bed and didn’t even take the old sheets and towels or nothing so I have 3 days worth of trash sheets had to request more towels toilet paper and take the trash out

I loved the pool and the room

I believe that they over charged me because they charged me $144.88 on August 27th and then they charged me for 4 nights when I arrived and I only stayed there 3 nights. I was charged for 6 nights when I only stayed 3 nights.

Free breakfast is advertised, not offered by resort, spoke with other guests and they said same thing

Really big spacious room, with comfortable beds and great air con. Great location (5 mins from Universal and 20 mins from Disney). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ample parking (off road). We had pizza delivered to the room from the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and arrived quickly. WiFi was high speed and good coverage, big TV. We stayed on the 14th floor and it was a cool view of Orlando and the fireworks in the Disney parks at night! Express check out was so convenient, just had to text the hotel and you're done!

Rooms weren't very homely due to the size and the linens/towels need replacing. One of our beds had lots of stains including blood stains, towels were frayed and tired but this didn't ruin the stay! We stayed on the 14th floor which I'd avoid if you're afraid of heights but the staff do ask if you're happy with that!
