Location was absolutely perfect. There was free shuttle to the Universal parks but also Uber only took 10 mins and ~$6 so it was very convenient. The room was good for purpose with daily cleaning and basic amenities.

First time I've seen a hotel charge for accepting and storing Amazon parcels with the front desk for a few hours. It was a small amount but still a bummer. There was no water provided in the room and the reception charged a bomb for it when asked for.

Great location next to Disney/Universal! Liked that there is a security guard at the front gate. Air conditioning was great after long day at the parks! House keeping was great, they changed our towels everyday and made the bed for us.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something at the property, but I would say they could add a couple things. I wish there was an area that dispenses free water instead of having to pay for a lot of water bottles. Like a Culligan unit or something. Maybe a larger bathroom, but I would highly recommend

Great location around 15 minutes from Universal, supermarket and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel was clean and felt very secure with the gated access and on site security. Universal courtesy bus was great too.

The breakfast has gone downhill. Around $20 for a self service buffet seems a bit expensive to me. The choice was not great and they had the little milk packets to put on coffee that had gone off on the table. When I raised this, I was told it happens all the time!

Loved the location just minutes from Universal with a FREE SHUTTLE there and back. By chance, there was a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral after dark. We opened our drapes and had a perfect view. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were adequate if not palatial. It was very reasonably priced through booking.com. I'd certainly go back and refer all my friends.

A suggestion, more fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet.

Close to things

Dirty, lot of majuana smell coming in room by bathroom vents. Saw people outside of rooms smoking. Did report to security. Front desk staff rude and hen checking in. Never hurts to smile and greet your guests!!!

The price was reasonable, and the beds were comfortable. Good location. There is a convenient mini store to purchase food, drinks, and necessary items.

You need to update the TV channels menu in all of your properties in Orlando. They are all wrong and hard to navigate, and find a channel that I want.

Found cockroaches in the room

Very closely located on International Drive to all the amenities especially Universal Studios Park. Staff were very friendly and helpful with housekeeping staying on top of the rooms each day to a high standard. A very nicely kept pool and pool area. There is a very hearty typically American style breakfast available each morning and a well stocked concessionary. Very highly recommended for families, solo travellers or anyone else interested in visiting any of the attractions Orlando has to offer.

I would have liked to see a bed and breakfast rate being available as breakfast is something I availed of albeit at an additional, but fairly reasonable cost. Additionally, this area of International Drive has less attractions or facilities compared to other areas.

The value for money of this hotel is great. They are very good sized rooms and with only a 5 -10 minute drive to Universal Resort, the location is fantastic. The onsite shop has a good selection of groceries & toiletries and is open 24 hours. It isn't the most glamourous hotel in the world, but if you are heading to Orlando for the theme parks, it's a great base to rest your head & feet.

The only thing we said could have been better, is the size of the beds. Each room has two beds, but they are smaller than the usual large American beds. The rooms are handy for a family, but as a couple with no children, we would have preferred one larger bed. I believe this is an option at other Rosen Inn hotels on International Drive, but we were persuaded by the location of this particular one.

Location perfect for going to universal theme park. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a nice place that is a value price near the theme park👍👍
