Everything in one place. You could walk to volcano bay. But to get to parks and city walk u need to take a universal bus.

Drinks (non alcoholic) were extremely over priced. Sun screen was extremely over priced. Besides early park admission there were no guest benefits for staying at a universal resort.

this hotel was way better than expected and the best was the bed and the pools. my god, those beds! incredible comfy! pool area was not crowded at all and with free towels. two different pools so perfect for the kids. good value if you are off to Universal! would go again.

the reatuarant, the diner, was way to big an noicy. this needs a remodel to not resemble a school cantine. such a pity but we avoided to eat there the whole time. even the grab and go breakfast was way under reasonable, no healthy options to go at all and very pricey.

The localisation was perfect. A great place close to all the best food. Close to all the parks, a wonderful 15-minute walk but also close to the water taxis and shuttle buses. Really recommend coming here.

The pool was fantastic, we spent every day sitting around it. The water was warm and inviting, the children there were having so much fun. We didn't realize that so many childrens sports teams would be using the facility but they were all friendly and seemed to stay more on the other side of the hotel. Alot for the kids to do.

Now the bad news, at least to us. No decent food, cafeteria style food is ok for a day or two but not all week long. No sit down restaurant which meant we had to find someplace to get a nice meal. Everything there is premade and quite expensive for what it is. The cheapest meal was 30 dollars for 2 premade turkey subs and a bag of chips with a drink, not cool for a family.

The breakfast was so so, not many choices and was cold.

The water pressure in the shower is insufficient to actually take a shower, I can understand trying to save water but I expect to be able to have enough water pressure to take a shower after a day in the Florida sun. The room keys also wouldn't work after three times of trying to fix them.

Location and buses to Universal. Meals area was nice and big. No issues getting seat.

Room was next to ice maker so noisy all night. Room service didn't lock Room one day after servicing. Hotel info on check in would not go through by text to aust phone. Should have written info as backup. Tried 2 phones. Shower pressure not the best as not all water would transfer from bath tap.

The room was conveniently located for access to the swimming pool and had a little kitchenette with microwave.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but hot water for tea was available downstairs. Room was a little neglected, a few drawers did not open and close easily and the doors under the sink and that of the little fridge kept catching. Towels were refreshed daily despite us hanging them in the hopes to reuse and be greener.

Great location and easy/scenic walk to universal’s City Walk. Cafeteria had many food options. Check out at 11am is wonderful and easy. Loved the texting features for all/any questions. Everyone was very responsive. Close to airport.

Lack of entertainment in the resort. Would have been nice to have events in house (ie. children activities by the pool area such as coloring, making slime, etc). Having to request garbage to be emptied & new towels. Lack of varied food options. Too much oil used when cooking. Thin walls, doors slammed loudly. Check in did not happen until past 5pm.

Location and customer service

Just one Insident. one day I was buying breakfast we had a full tray no room for more plates and I combine a side of bacon and potatoes on top of another plate and this lady(employee) was following me while I was getting some drinks before I checked out and she went behind the cashier to tell her I had more food on the plate before she even check me out like if I was going to steal a side of bacon and potatoes. That was very rude she not even gave me the chance to tell myself the cashier what I had. Aside from this person I could say that this hotel has the best and prompt customer service ever. That was beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

very cute decor and proximity to Universal, the shuttle bus was easy and comfortable and not over crowded

staff not super accessible or helpful. no way to easily just ask a quick question. super long line at reception and concierge was annoyed and curt when I had a 15 second question about parking. people at reception were nice and helpful but if it’s the busy time you have to wait in a long line to speak to them. calling Early access a perk is rip off. only two rides open and by the time we got in and walked to the back of the park to them it was literally announced to be a 4 as in FOUR - Hour wait…. and so you get out of line and just go wait for the park to open the other rides at the normal time… I feel scammed by that. that is not early park access if the rides aren’t open
