The property was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable, and the room rate was not overpriced. The breakfast was very good.

We booked the hotel based on our t providing a shuttle from the airport. There was no shuttle. We had to take a cab that cost $20.00.

Shuttle was broken; they offer to pay for taxi but only one customer at the time, meaning you have to wait for one family to be picked up in order for the hotel to order the next taxi… Ac and Heating !!! terrible!!! too old, loud… just bad. i had to blocked it somehow to prevent the air to blow onto my face.

airport shuttle was extremely convenient. drop off a breeze and the driver even provided us directions to navigate inside the airport. we were accommodated with an extra shuttle run since our group was too large for the previous shuttle. it runs on the hour. they did a run at the 1/2 hour to make sure we did not miss our flight. the front desk person was so nice! at night and in the morning.

the noise. a family was swimming at 10 pm and since our window was right above the pool we had to run the AC fan in order to fall asleep. and also typical inconsiderate people slamming their doors throughout the night. but that’s not the hotels fault. otherwise no complaints.

We stayed one night between the end of a cruise and our flight early next morning. It was a convenient location to airport and ferry terminal, with the free airport shuttle a plus. Staff were really lovely - one lady very aptly had Sunshine on her name badge. Had a good-sized, clean pool and very handy laundry facilities.

The location was excellent and convenient. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Our room was very comfortable.

The bath tub seemed quite slippery and made me nervous when I showered. A chair would have been nice to sit in.

I loved the breakfast.Staff in kitchen was nice to some but not all.Culture classes is needed.

Dirty towels should be removed every day.A four night stay should come with trash and towel removal . Seeing or calling for this services is ridiculous.

Check in was easy. Great customer service. The room even though had older furniture and the bath tub surface was a little rough. Everything was clean. The bed was super comfy. Continental breakfast was good. Leaving to the airport used their Shuttle Service was excellent customer service. I felt bad I didn’t have any cash on hand to give the driver a tip. I would stay there again. Thank you

Very close proximity to the airport, yet not close enough to hear the air traffic.

I didn’t like the fact that the airport shuttle doesn’t run between 12pm and 4pm. Had to pay for a cab, but since it’s close to the airport it wasn’t too much.

There was trash in the room on floors, pull out bed did not have clean linens, and The hot breakfast was not hot, the eggs were the powder cooked eggs, and could have had more options for those with food sensitivities

Leaky bath faucet, no matter how I tried to turn it off it kept running. Outside of that everything was perfect and I was happy
