The location was great, very close to the airport. Beds were very comfortable and I absolutely loved the soft pillows. The blackout curtains were wonderful. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the chase lounge chair. It would be better to have two regular chairs with a small end table between them. Breakfast was good, great variety to choose from. I wish they could of had cranberry juice also.

My stay wasn’t long enough.. like I said above, I wasn’t crazy about the chase lounge chair. One other thing is the night shift desk person was very busy with the phones. You could probably use another person just to answer the calls while another person takes care of the desk and guest. He was trying to schedule pick up at the airport answering questions and getting room schedules while I waited to pay for my items from the snack bar. He was very polite but very busy.

I booked this hotel on reviews that I had read. I wanted something close to the airport as we were arriving late, a 24hr front desk, and a continental breakfast . The surrounding area of the hotel was clean and felt safe. The hotel itself was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. A little stuffy when we arrived but nothing the cool air didnt fix in a short time. Due to arriving late, we slept through the breakfast so I can not report on that. Our stay was short less than 12hrs but I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located near the airport and the bus station. Within easy walking distance, there's a 7 Eleven and a Wendy's. There's another restaurant in the building adjacent to the hotel. Check-in was easy. Check-in staff was very helpful. The room was quite clean and large enough for our group of 5 people. The kitchen is large.

The kitchen was very bare. No plates, cups, utensils or can opener. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I wish I was aware a head of time, and we could have brought some disposable items. We were able to buy things at the 7 Eleven nearby.

Room was clean . Great Area not to far from park they don't clean rooms unless you ask due to pandemics but that was fine . I only needed trash change and new towels . The brought as so as I called ever time . Housekeepers were very nice . only thing I say need improvement on is the breakfast.

The ( Breakfast )its OK to use liquid egg but you need to add cream and butter and stir until done . This will keep then from been like rubber (sorry) i am a big food connoisseur been cooking professional over 40 years and the turkey sausage need to be brown . They look boil but on the upside panncake good you make fresh and oatmeal looks good .

Breakfast was great. Was pleased with the health facilities. Quiet and peaceful.

Toilet seats are low, making it a bit difficult to get up. Safety bar is in the wrong place. Located by the toilet which makes it useless to get out of the shower. Should be placed by the shower head for easier exiting from shower.

Breakfast was okay for a buffet but had clearly been on the serving counter for a while. Airport location was ideal for a changeover and connecting flight

We arrived quite late after a delayed flight so were hungry and tired. Snacks and soft drinks were available but could something more substantial be offered……a very minor criticism

Breakfast was satisfactory, and much to my surprise a decent variety.

Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, not enough towels for 4 people which I had reserved from the first. Needed to contact the front desk each time to have coffee supplies and garbage bags were not replaced.

Continental breakfast was alright, more extensive than most places since Covid but nothing to write home about. Room was a lot bigger than expected, with clean and comfy bed. Perfect spot to be close to the airport before/after a flight.

The shuttle hours were limited, I don't remember the specific but I ended up taking a Uber to go to the airport (which was only a few dollars as very close so not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, it was still a LOT cheaper than the airport onsite hotel)

The Staff were all very courteous and attentive, as well as prompt with all of our questions and needs. Our shuttle rides to and from the airport were on time and smooth. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was a definite plus, as we wanted to make sure that we could grab a bite before our flight without spending extra money. The extra fee for daily parking while we were away on our trip was very inexpensive compared to other hotels and the airport parking lot.

Breakfast choices quite limited Nowhere close by to get a meal when we arrived late in the evening, so we ended up buying snacks from the gas station across the road. Rooms quite dated
