The staff were very friendly and good spirited! Always smiling and pleasant. We returned back from our cruise earlier than check in time and we were accommodated with a room! The rooms are extremely spacious and the beds were comfortable. I wasn't a fan of the pillows and that's just me as I don't like soft pillows, my son on the other hand loved them! Breakfast my son enjoyed as well, Continental style. Distance to MCO is a breeze. Shuttle staff coming and going were very polite and engaging. They even work with a shuttle service to Port Canaveral (Danica Transportation) Ms. Silvia and Rudy the driver were also pleasant to engage with. My definite go to location when sailing from Port Canaveral!!

The hallways were hot with a muggy feeling once stepping out of the comfort of your cool room, and there was an elevator out of service which slowed down the getting to/from the room process as the one working was slow.

The room was quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The shuttle from the hotel would not take us to the International C gate and we had to walk with our luggage from Gates A&B. It took of about 30 minutes.

We loved the hotel. We came crashing in past midnight due to a canceled flight. Slept great ate great. We used their airport shuttle service there and back which we weren't too impressed with. Had to wait an hour with 3 toddlers at 11pm to be picked up. Then the ride to the airport our driver refused to drop us off at terminal c which is where we had been picked up so we had to caravan through the airport with 3 carseats, 3 toddlers and 2 Checked bags to finally get to the terminal c train to catch a ride to where we needed to be. Hotel was perfect but shuttle service caused a lot of stress.

The room size for the price was great and we were all able to sleep comfortably. We really appreciated how clean the room and halls were- we've stayed at other hotels in the area and they were not kept up as well as it was here.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but since I don't know Orlando well enough the hotel was a little further from where we were going to spend most of our time. There was nothing wrong with this hotel.

The room was perfect and the price was amazing for our last min flight cancellation. We didn't have a car so we used a Lyft to get to universal city walk, only 15min away. Airport transport was right on time and was really useful for us. This hotel kind of saved our day because the other hotels with airport transfer were highly priced. We noticed the staff CONSTANTLY cleaning, the room and halls etc were spotless

I think if they added some music to lobby, turned on all the lights and the front concierge were a little friendlier/smiled/social, this place would really be incomparable for price and quality. I would recommend not having bed skirts as it seems this was the ONLY thing not cleaned.

Breakfast was okay. Not a fan of the preformed eggs, and bacon would have been nice- but maybe you save that for the weekends & I was there midweek. Coffee was hot, water always available!

We had a room with a gigantic bathroom, which was great--EXCEPT the lighting in the bathroom was very DIM & there was no place to put things! In a room that size there is clearly room for a small ottoman or counter to put dry clothes for after shower changing.

The breakfast was great. There was everyday waffles, juice, cereal, oatmeal. It will change from eggs, omelette, bacon, sausage etc and Coffee, Tea and Lemon water available. The rooms were nice and neat, Clean and I liked having a working fridge and microwave. Good lighting and there was a vending and ice machine available in our floor and main floor as well.

We constantly had trouble with the card of the room. Had to activate it a few times.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, free airport shuttle is why we stayed here....he was 2 minutes late but we still made it to the airport quickly and we liked that there was free breakfast....We just ate cereal but there was a hot breakfast option as well.

Our TV wasn't working. I think it might have just been remote batteries but we arrived pretty late so I just didn't fuss with it or call. The front desk lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly. She was just clearly not happy to be there but it was also 10pm. The morning desk person was very kind and helpful.

We came to our hotel 1 day later because of missed flight not due to our mistake and my payment from my bank was taken before extra on 22.10. 512,96 Dollars ! And qfterwards I paid the hole amount in the hotel again. So we sent in the hotel to send a message send mě this amount Back to my bank...when do I get it back please ? Roman Fiedler
